Beyond Wrestling Clique Comics: Create a Hero/Villain RPG Rules and Sign Up Thread

The following excerpt is taken from an existing game template I played
years ago and modified for the purposes of this game:

I am the Game Master, and this is my world.

This is the world of Earth in our universe, where I and my fellow Game Masters are the sole powers. This universe is ours to shape to our will, and those that defy us cease to exist.

In the center of this universe resides the planet known as Earth. Being the center of the universe, this blue world has a special significance to us Game Masters, and so many cosmic events shall involve or focus on this infinitesimal, yet important sphere. This is by design, not accident. Unfortunately for the planet, they know not of our existence, nor their importance in this universe. They simply exist in a world they think they control.

To most of the people on this world, everyday life does not involve aliens, supernatural battles, or cosmic conflicts. However, this is about to change, for my fellow Game Masters and I have chosen to ignite the spark in this planet as well as in other worlds. Soon heroes and villains alike, both powerful and powerless, will appear and the conflicts will begin.

Much mystery will be revealed by these noble and nefarious beings. Marvels both technological and magical await those who possess the fortitude to seek them out, however this would be their choice. We Game Masters only interfere when times require it.

There is but one organization the Humans have already. This organization is called S.H.A.P.E, which stands for Strategic Headquarters: Allied Planet Earth, and it searches already for the unknown, yet known to us. It is the secret, collective defense force for the planet earth, funded by the United Nations. These humans have already been preparing for the event that my fellow Game Masters and I will initiate, and soon they will be busy trying to catalogue and enlist the enhanced humans and non-humans in their organization.

Will these beings join with them or spurn their offer? Only time will tell.

The sudden birth of powerful beings will urge some un-enhanced humans to harbor fear and resentment. Some will take up weapons and technology and form groups to protect themselves and their families. They may be the most powerful yet for they fight as though their very existence is at stake.

So, let the Great Experiment begin as the spark of evolutionary power finds it's way into the creatures of the cosmos. Only time will tell if we chose wisely, for even we Game Masters cannot see the future...

    RULES

You can create any superhero or super villain in this New Universe, as long as they:

Are NOT deities, gods, or people such as Death.

Are true to the personality and abilities of the character. It would be out of place to see Cyclops moving planets with his optic blasts, Lois Lane defeating Darkseid in a fist fight, or Aunt May becoming Galatus's new Herald. You will remain true to the limits you've set for your character.

Do NOT rip off existing heroes in comic universes. Come up with your own creation. If your character is too similar to one in Marvel, DC, or other comic companies, you will be asked to change it or come up with a new character. You can create a Superman type character with similar powers and even similar appearance, but that goes out the window when his alter ego is a reporter for a newspaper and he's the orphaned exile of a destroyed planet. There needs to be an heir of originality to the character.

Do NOT negatively criticize another posters character. Constructive criticism is okay as long as it is not offensive. This rule applies even if a poster asks for feedback.

Your character should make sense. Wolverine doesn't dance in the flowers. If you have a meek character, they shouldn't be smacking other characters around.

PLEASE TURN YOUR SIGNATURES OFF IN THE ACTUAL GAME THREAD

Communicate with others in your arc. This is key to the fun. It doesn't matter how many fights you win, it matters if the fights were written well.
Do NOT kill other Player Characters. NPCs are fine to kill, with permission from anyone else using that NPC.

The Game Masters have the final say in matters of character acceptance. You are welcome to alter the character to make it less powerful or more creative, but arguing with the Game Masters is not allowed. This is a game, let it be fun.

You are allowed two characters at most, but only after the Game Masters feel it is appropriate. No one will be allowed to start with two characters.
This is a working environment, so you can travel to different places using your powers or vehicles. Don't miraculously pop up unless you're a teleporter or such...

Your first post should be your origin post. There are NO pre-established characters in this RPG.

You can reside in any place in the New Universe. You can also travel off-planet

Don't do anything RANDOM like chopping off WrestlingClique user's heads or what not, unless your a villain chopping off NPC victims heads, then whatever, go with it, as long as it's not technically RANDOM...

If you want to take part in this, just fill out an app and your name and character will appear on the roster, pending approval...

You can form super villain gangs, superhero teams, alliances, the works...
There can be a number of stories going on at once, using different people...

Act like your characters; ASSUME their traits and personalities...

There are endless places to go and endless things to do: ENDLESS possibilities so get creative...

There is no time travel at all unless prompted by game masters as part of the season narrative. This preserves continuity easier and avoids confusion.

To create a character, simply fill out the application below that is blatantly ripped off of the Marvel RPG. Remember, be specific, and put your best effort into it. The Game Masters of this RPG are more strict then those of the other RPGs. In this RPG, like the others, creativity is important.

    Character creation template

    Create a Hero/Villain RPG SEASON I

    Character you have created:

    Alias/Secret Identity:

    Speech Color:

    Character Alignment: Hero/Villain

    Identity: Secret/Known

Character Personality(Give information on how your character acts, what he/she believes in, how they handle situations):

    Origin Info/Details:

    Hero Type: (Select one)

    Brick/Muscle (Hulking powerhouse)

    Elemental: (Select: Water, Wind, Earth)

Energy : What kind of energy? Ex. Electricity, Fire)
    Psychic
    Speedster
    Gray Matter(Super-smart characters)
    Shape Shifter
    Mystic (Spell casters/magic users)
Supernatural (Divine agents, Vampires, werewolves, Cosmic deities

    Power Level (Select one below):

    1. Street Level (Ex. Punisher, Daredevil)
    2. City Level (Ex. Spider-man, Cyclops)
    3. World Level (Ex. Flash, Superman)
    4. Cosmic (Ex. Silver Surfer, Green Lantern)

NOTE: Having only one or two powers does not automatically make a character a level 2. The levels reflect how powerful the powers themselves are, not only the variety. A level 3 may be more powerful then a level 4. These levels serve to show where your powerful hero operates, as heroes this powerful may be cosmic wonderers or Earth-bound. Also, Game Masters will be wary of approving level 3 or 4 characters. An extremely well-thought out and great sample post will be needed to be approved for a high level character. Your post should be as powerful as your character.

    Powers (Be Specific):

Attributes (Select one at each category:
    Strength Level: Normal Human, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, or 100 tons. (Characters stronger then 100 tons fall under rules of Level 3 and 4 characters)

    Speed/Reaction Timing Level: Normal Human, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, or 100 MPH. (Characters at 100 MPH or faster fall under rules of Level 3 and 4 characters)

Endurance at MAXIMUM Effort: Normal Human, 2, 3, 4, 5 hours. (Characters at 5 hours or more fall under rules of Level 3 and 4 characters)

Agility: Normal Human, 5X, 10X, 15X, or 20X Human level. (Characters at 20X or higher fall under rules of Level 3 and 4 characters)

Intelligence: Average/Genius/Super-Genius (If another Level 3 or 4 stat is chosen with Super-Genius the character falls under rules of Level 3 and 4 characters)

Fighting Skill: Untrained/Trained/Mastered (If another Level 3 or 4 stat is chosen with Mastered the character falls under rules of Level 3 and 4 characters)

Resources: Minimal/Average/Large/Extreme (If another Level 3 or 4 stat is chosen with Extreme the character falls under rules of Level 3 and 4 characters)

NOTE: Even if all attributes chosen are Normal human when Super-Genius, Mastered, and Extreme are chosen for the final three attributes, this player is a level 3 or 4 character, such as Batman.

Weaknesses (If your stats chosen are deemed powerful enough by a Game Master with no weakness, the character will fall under rules of Level 3 and 4 characters. Even with a weakness, a Game Master may rule it as a Level 3 or 4 character):

Supporting Characters(Does your character have a significant other? A mother? Friend? Who are they, what do they have to do with your character?):

Three reasons why you have chosen that character:

    1.

    2.

    3.

Write two complete sentences using proper English grammar explaining what you think you can bring to the RPG:

How many times do you intend on posting a DAY IN the RPG:

Do you know how to post pictures on WrestlingClique?

Sample Origin Post (Minimum Four paragraphs containing dialogue):

    In Universe Locations:

The majority of the game will take place in three connected cities. Consider this when creating your characters backstories and origins. You COULD have your character set in a real world setting, but keep in mind that part of this game involves interacting with other players in a role play setting, and if your character is on the other side of the country and doesn't have super speed or teleportation, you'll be removed from the action for a bit as we are all working within the same linear timeline.

Legacy City - The most famous city in the world. A bustling metropolis, the unofficial capital of America. In a city this big, there are plenty of heroes, plenty of villains, and plenty of regular people going about their lives just stuck in the middle of it all.

Night City - A seedy, crime ridden city that was once a great town, but has since fallen into a state of decay due to street level villains and mafia warfare. "Come to Night City for the history, stay because you were murdered." Nestled in the middle of Legacy City and Cliquetown.

CliqueTown - The Chicago to Legacy City's New York. The 2nd largest city in America behind Legacy, CliqueTown is a coastal city with a mostly friendly population of people trying to live fulfilling lives.

    Season Overview

Every 10-20 pages of content (At the Game Masters discretion) is counted as one "Episode". At the start of each episode, a game master will post the episode title and a brief recap of the following episode.

Every character is required to make an appearance at least once per episode.

    Game Masters:

    1. Jiggy
    2. Jon
    3. TBD

All characters created and RP's are property of the respective WrestlingClique user. The characters are not to be used in any fanfiction, comic, or any other interpretation without permission from that user.

Re: Clique Comics: Create a Hero/Villain RPG Rules and Sign Up Thread

    Character you have created:

    WHITE KNIGHT

    Alias/Secret Identity: Martin "Marty" Coldiron

    Speech Color: GREY

    Character Alignment: Hero

    Identity: Secret

Character Personality(Give information on how your character acts, what he/she believes in, how they handle situations):

Dark and brooding, Marty Coldiron had his world plucked from his fingertips and has no faith in authority. Despite the chip on his shoulder, Marty is guided by his fathers own moral compass that was instilled upon him and avoids killing, as much as possible, though he is known to make a few exceptions in extreme cases. Marty wants a better Legacy City, one that's not corrupted by capitalist pigs who spill the blood of the common man in their quest for riches.

    Origin Info/Details:

Gordon Coldiron, an MIT graduate and world renowned tech genius, was an inventor and former head of Research and Development for Cosgrove Synthetics, the leader in worldwide robotics technology. For 5 years, Marty was heading the Galaxy Brain project, where he was creating computer chip systems to be implanted in the brains of Alzheimer's patients and stroke victims who had lost their memory. The Galaxy Brain chip was to restore lost memory and restore motor skills. Gordon would later come to find that Grayson Cosgrove, CEO of Cosgrove Synthetics, intended to weaponize the chip and sell it to the highest bidding military forces, domestic and foreign, as the chip could be altered to provide the user with advances combat skills and encyclopedia level knowledge, as well as unlocking the ability to use 90% if the human brain function, essentially providing an army of super soldiers to the highest bidder. Taking an ethical standpoint against this, Gordon resigned and destroyed all documents of the Galaxy Brain chips existence. In retaliation, Cosgrove had Gordon's family assassinated, however Gordon and his son, college student Marty, survived, though the bullet to the head left Marty comatose and in a vegetative state. Gordon was also worse for wear, and slowly dying. However, he used his remaining hours to perform the required brain surgery on his son Marty and implant the Galaxy Brain chip. By the time Marty had awoken, his father had already passed away during the night. Imbedded in the chip was all the knowledge of Gordon's research, advanced combat training and a message from his father regarding Grayson Cosgrove and his nefarious plan.

Awakened with the knowledge of the world before him, and an insatiable thirst for vengeance, Marty utilizes all the knowledge and resources handed down to him from his father by way of the Galaxy Brain to construct an exo-suit providing him with enhanced physical attributes to aid him in his war with the villainous Grayson Cosgrove.

Upon further investigation into Cosgrove's nefarious plan, Marty learns that the Legacy City police force is corrupt and under Cosgrove's thumb. Recognizing that Legacy City and the world at large needs a hero to protect them when the police and the military won't, Marty see's himself as a White Knight that will usher in his own brand of justice on his road to revenge.

    Hero Type: (Select one)

    Energy :
    Gray Matter(Super-smart characters)

    Power Level (Select one below):

    World Level
(Essentially a Captain America/Deathstroke hybrid in terms of powers and abilities)

    Powers (Be Specific):

-Mildly Enhanced strength, speed and agility by way of the Exo Suit
-Highly advanced intelligence and knowledge by way of the Galaxy Brain
-Advanced Combat skills, swordplay and gunplay by way of the Galaxy Brain
-Bulletproof exoskeleton by way of the exosuit

Attributes (Select one at each category:
Strength Level: 30/100 (enhanced strength is not comparable to a world level hero but is much stronger than standard human, provided by exosuit)

    Speed/Reaction Timing Level: 40/100 MPH.
(enhanced speed is not comparable to a world level hero but is much stronger than standard human, provided by exosuit)

    Endurance at MAXIMUM Effort:
    4 Hours

    Agility:
    15X

    Intelligence:
Super-Genius (via the Galaxy Brain chip)

    Fighting Skill:
Mastered (via the Galaxy Brain chip)

    Resources: Large

Weaknesses: Secret Cosgrove Technology to be revealed later

    Supporting Characters:

    Gemma Blake:
Marty's childhood friend and the only one who knows his identity. A nurse by day, she serves as Marty's field medic. There is no one Marty is closer to, and he's too blinded by his current objective to see how Gemma truly feels for him.

Decon Hartley: The protégé of Gordon (Marty's father) and an assistant/advisor to Marty. The comic relief, and the unofficial heart of Team White Knight.

Detective William Cooper: As far as Marty is concerned, Detective Cooper is the one good cop in Legacy City, and one of the few people he trusts. Detective Cooper keeps his relationship with the vigilante White Knight a secret to the rest of the LCPD, for as long as he can anyway, and together they work to dismantle the corrupt police force from within.

Three reasons why you have chosen that character:

    1. As the Game Master, I will be creating a hero and a villain to bookend the overall Clique Comics universe.

    2. This character is an amalgam of my favorite characters (Deathstroke/Captain America/The Red Hood) who serves as one of the pillars of good in this shared universe.

    3. Tech Ninja's are cool as fuck

    Thomas Zayne
    (Joseph Gordon Levitt)

    Speech Color: Green

    Identity: Secret For Now

    Alignment:
    Bad Guy

    Character Origins:
When your family owns one of the biggest companies on the planet and you are born into that wealth it's not to much of a shock to find out that entitlement comes with it. Thomas has spent his life being poised to be the top the apex. He however does well to hide his ruthless and manipulative nature by not showing the public who he really is and playing the part much like a Bruce Wayne. His father Jacob Zayne though CEO of Zayne Enterprises has cleaned up messes his son has made throughout his life and even going as far as to attempting to sell the shares of his company to save his son. However this is much against Thomas wishes. He would find out that his father got his money and fortune by finding these old relic staffs that may or may not have been from this world. Thomas found himself drawn to it as if it was almost calling to him. He would one night after a fight with his father over selling the company in which Zayne would tell his son that a sale was pending go to the staff grab it and as he did it exploded and his body was filled with Mystic energy. He would however see his eyes turn black and have a scar across his face. He would go to his father late at night under false pretenses of making up and instead killing his father and taking over the Zayne Enterprises. He found out he could manipulate his face to cover his eyes and scar as well. Now in control of Zayne Enterprises he finds himself search for more relics like the one that give him his power. I mean cause who doesn't want the money & power.

    Energy:
    Mystic

    Power Level:
    Level 2
    (Lex Luthor/Dr.Strange/Black Mask)
(for right now if he finds more relics maybe higher)

    Powers:
He can cast spells but, he likes to conjure up mystic powers into a scythe for battles or killing
regen like not crazy amounts but, like he can heal faster then average human
Smart has done many reading so during fights he will aim for certain bones he can pinpoint weakness.
    Spell casting in general .
He can manipulate certain objects and such based off of peoples emotions for short burst 30 mins.
Average Hand To Hand combat though he will send others to do his work before he gets hands dirty or will come after heroes if the numbers are in his favor.
If he gains more relics he may get stronger it is unknown

    Strength Level:
    10

    Speed/Reaction Time:
    80

    Endurance:
    Normal Human

    Speed:
    5x

    Intelligence:
    Super Genius

    Fighting Skill:
    Somewhat Trained
(like he's in good shape maybe little armature fighting)

    Resources:
    Large
(Obviously On Earth again Lex Luthor like)

    Weakness:
Arrogance & Unknown effects of relics

    Supporting Characters:
    Jacob Zayne-

Thomas has reoccurring nightmares bout his father very livid from the relics. Jacob tries to convince his son to be better.

    Carolina King-

Jacob's ex wife Carolina is now helping inner city kids with a number of non profit organizations. She & Thomas are on pretty good terms.

    Hayley De Luca-

Zayne's girlfriend her father is a mob boss in the city that Zayne will use for his own army now after strong-arming Hayley's father. Thomas is trying to convince her to kill him.

    Zayne Board Of Director's -

A series of shareholders who don't like the things Zayne wants to do but follow in line out of fear. There are some who think that he did kill his father.

    Three Reasons Why I created:
    1. I like super heroes and Jiggy took my idea for Red Hood like person so I went with a villian.

    2. Joseph Gordon Levitt is daddy.

    3. The villian got a cool name and backstory plus I love comics.

Re: Clique Comics: Create a Hero/Villain RPG Rules and Sign Up Thread

    Superhero/Villain Name:

    Lady Lust
    (except red)

    Alias/Secret Identity:
    Hannah Rivers
    (Alicia Fox redhead)

    Speech Color:
    Red

    Character Orgins:
Hannah Rivers was not going anywhere in life at least that is what she was always told. She for the most part was living that life scrapping by and working in the bad part of town as a dancer. She has seen that the only thing men cared about her was her looks so she used that to her advantage to get as much cash as she could off of them. That was until she met the love of her life in Marcus Hendrix. Marcus was good to her kind to her and the two of them started dating and were set to be engaged the night he popped the question some guys from the club she danced at were harassing her stole her ring and Marcus went after them however things went wrong and Marcus was shot and killed in her arms. She would get her revenge dressing up at a stag and seducing them just to kill them all with a sick twisted smile on her face after she killed them she was surprised by a figure that came out of nowhere from the shadows a female voice was impressed and told her that if she wants to keep what happen to her from others to accept her power and become her disciple. Hannah stilled off the high of the kill accepted this power and with a simple kiss from this figure she was given powers of seductions. She now goes throughout the city finding rapist, other guys she deems as bad guys for their actions and kills them much to displeasure of the heroes. She doesn't consider herself a hero nor a bad girl.

    Energy:
    Supernatural/Succubus's
(through lust and what not though it works more over guys then gals but, gals can fall victim to it)

    Power Level:
    1 almost 2
(she tries to use seductions rather then fight can)
    (Rouge like a little)

    Powers:
She's a succubus she can take essence out of someone though it is more empowered with sexual tension/desires
(think Monrith from Mass Effect 2)
Shes uses a metal staff almost like a stripper pole
    (fights like Jade from MK)
She wears high heel that have blade like bottoms for the heel
She can disorient for few moments at time only in short burst
She's a pretty good fighter for someone without super strength

    Strength Level:
Normal (can go up the more she feeds)

    Speed Reaction Time:
60 (again power up by how much she feeds)

    Intelligence:
    Average

    Fighting Skills:
Trained Unique Fighting uses stripper like moves in attack

    Resources:
    Average
(has contact with a figure similar to who give her powers)

    Endurance:
    Average
(Depends on how much she feeds)

    Weakness:
If she doesn't feed every 24 Hours she will start to lose her sanity and became almost in zombie animal like state

    Support Characters:

    Archangel-

Is one who helps out Hannah with her powers answering questions looking over her. Hannah keeps asking about the one who gave her powers and Archangel states that the person is busy and that the figure sent archangel down to watch over her and do her will. She doesn't know is that Archangel is actually protecting her after Archangel was exiled. Archangel is divine like and witty.
    (Cass from Supernatural like)

    Aunt Reba-

Aunt Reba is actually the owner of the club that Hannah works at she is driven and very harsh will take no bs and starts to notice a change in Hannah. Aunt Reba isn't actually her aunt but, she does look over and love Hannah.

    Jackson Hendrix-

Hannah's dead bf brother she looks after him making sure he stays on the straight and narrow and sending money to him to help take care of the teen. Jackson is the only one of Hendrix family that doesn't blame her for his death. He is loving and loves to read especially comic books. However he has taken a turn in recent months hanging out with the wrong crowd.

Reasons why I choose this one.

    1. I like the idea of a stripper being a succubus and using a metal staff as weapon.

    2. I like the idea of an anti-hero whose trying to be better but, doesnt want to follow the rules.

    3. Alicia Fox is hot.

OMB when you asked me how many RP's you were allowed, I thought you meant posts in the game thread, not new character sign ups homeboy. Unfortunately, per the rules above, the limit is two. So if you want to pick two out of the three you submitted just hit me with that.

Re: Clique Comics: Create a Hero/Villain RPG Rules and Sign Up Thread

    Character you have created:

    Alias/Secret Identity: WyldeFire/Gabriel Wylde

    Speech Color: red

    Character Alignment: Villain

    Identity: Known

Character Personality(Give information on how your character acts, what he/she believes in, how they handle situations): Gabriel is a true anarchist. He loathes any sort of authority. He's a loner. He really just wants to watch the world burn. He is short-tempered and really has zero trust in anyone.

Origin Info/Details: Gabriel has no memory of what happened prior to him being 9 years old. And at that point in his life all he knew was that his parents were dead and he was making his way through the foster system. No one really ever told him how his parents died, all anyone ever told him was that they were the only family he had and it would be best if he just forgot about them. Over and over again that's all he was ever told about his parents, it fueled him to just carry a ball of anger in his gut at all times. He heard it so often that he couldn't tell if his parents died or if everyone was just lying to him and his parents gave him away; this made the anger even hotter. One day, at the age of 14, Gabriel was in his fifth foster home in that many years. It was not the best home for a teenager to be in. The man of the house was a drunk, who worked in the coal mines in Ashland, Pennsylvania. He would come home every night drunk, and take his anger out at one of the four foster kids in the house. One night it was Gabriel's turn to feel the man's leather belt, Gabriel however was done with it. The man raised the belt in the air and as brought it back down to strike Gabriel, Gabriel grabbed the man by the forearm. Using all of the stored up anger to hone his strength, after a few seconds the man's forearm started to sizzle like a slab of beef. The man reared back in pain and before anything more could happen Gabriel bolted for the door and never looked back. He eventually ended up finding an abandoned house near the small city of Wilkes-Barre, PA. He made the abandoned house his new home, he would get food and whatever he needed by stealing it.

Obviously, what he did at his last foster home went through his head all the time. He didn't know what exactly he did but he knew his anger helped it come out and he knew it felt cathartic as he heard the man scream out in pain. So at first he would take what food he would steal and use his hands and his anger to heat it up. Soon though he decided to try to do more than just heating things up and he could feel that he had to power for more. Eventually, one day, through reliving all of his pain that he had in his head, believing that there was a possibility that his parents weren't dead but just abandoned him. He gathered it all up and in one fit of rage threw his hands out in front of him and that was the first time actual fire flew from his hands. He would hone his craft, eventually knowing that he had the power to use one of the most destructive forces on the planet. After he got so good with his power that he could use it without really putting any thought into it he then decided that his goal was just to watch the world burn.

    Hero Type: (Select one)
Energy : Fire he’s able to create shields and walls of fire, as well as shoot flames from his hands.

    Power Level (Select one below):
    2. City Level (Ex. Spider-man, Cyclops)

Powers (Be Specific): He’s able to create shields and walls of fire, as well as shoot flames from his hands. His flames can reach up to 150 feet. He can get a jump boost if he uses his hands like that of a jet’s engine, pointing his hands to the ground and boosting himself that way.

Attributes (Select one at each category:
    Strength Level: 10

    Speed/Reaction Timing Level: Normal Human

Endurance at MAXIMUM Effort: Normal Human

    Agility: 5X

    Intelligence: Average

    Fighting Skill: Untrained

Resources: Average (he has become a great thief with what he’s had to do while surviving on his own

Weaknesses: He really doesn’t have anything if he actually gets nailed with a weapon or a bullet. His only defense is to use his fire to evaporate stuff like that before it hits him.

Supporting Characters: He has none, unless you want to count his parents. But to his knowledge they’re dead or at least that’s what he’s been convinced of. Deep inside he has questioned that fact.

Three reasons why you have chosen that character:

    1. Fire is badass
    2. To me fire is one of the most destructive things that actually can occur naturally
    3. Having someone dealt a bad hand and just wanting to see the world out of pure angst just makes me feel like it’s not possible. People will always have a reason to be good. I think it’s a bigger struggle to always stay bad than always stay good.

Write two complete sentences using proper English grammar explaining what you think you can bring to the RPG: I will bring a person that believes he wants to be the worst of the worst. However, there is a small feeling in him that wants him to make an attempt at being a good person and not let the hand life has dealt him dictate what he has become. Also, fire is badass.

How many times do you intend on posting a DAY IN the RPG: I’d say between 4-8

Do you know how to post pictures on the hype boards: Yes

Re: Clique Comics: Create a Hero/Villain RPG Rules and Sign Up Thread

Took a a bit of time but hey, got a villain for this. I'm happy to try and make adjustments to better accommodate things.

    =-=-=-=

    HOODWINX

    Hoodwink
Verb: To deceive, mislead, or trick

    Alias/Secret Identity: Wesley Winx
    Speech Color: Brown
    Character Alignment: Villain
    Identity: Secret
    Picbase: Peter Wisdom
Character Personality: A selfish, cowardly street rat prone to mouthing off when he thinks no-one important is listening. He craves not power, nor control, just survival in a world where people like him - disposable goons and unnamed henchmen - are run through like tissue paper. Self-preservation is his primary motivation, meaning that if the odds are too much he'll happily fold his cards and bail rather than stay and risk his life. Greed is his secondary motivation, the reason why he's stayed in his current employment - they pay good. Sure, you get your hands dirty from time to time, but hey, job's a job, right?

"Keep quiet. Don't draw attention to yourself. Have a plan to throw as many people under the bus as possible if it means you'll live another day."

Origin Info/Details: Mooks. Henchmen. Goons. Every villain, superpowered or not, could do with a series of disposable henchmen, paid well enough not to question throwing their lives on the line. Never mind the fact that the life expectancy of said henchmen really isn't that long. Everyone needs money. If they die, whatever. No biggie. They'll always find more. As was the case with Wesley Winx, a fairly low-level henchman for the local mafia family in Night City. Keenly aware of how likely he'll reach his expiry date the longer he's with the mafia, but unable to turn away the money, Wesley kept his head down, accepted whatever jobs he was given, and aimed to have as quiet a career as possible until he found an 'out.' No need to climb up the ranks and risk drawing attention to himself when he'll likely end up killed by an overzealous hero, or worse, terminated by his own boss to 'prove a point' or whatever.

And so it went. Until one day on the job, the target - a chemist who had gotten cold feet and wanted out of the drug-running business - fought back. Not in the usual punches and kicks, which Wesley and his cohorts were expecting, but with powers unseen, which they weren't. Levitating, with energy crackling throughout their being, the target made short work of the thugs, disposing them with ease and violence that horrified them. Terrified, Wesley threw himself into a laboratory airlock as his cohorts were killed, one by one. What Wesley didn't know was that the airlock was filtering a new experimental drug the chemist had been working on, an adrenaline and similar sensory enchanting drug, and without a hazmat suit he was being exposed to the pure partials of the drug in the atmosphere, breathing it in rapidly. He should have OD'd within minutes, especially while hyperventilating, however the chemist tracked him down and blew open the airlock with a beam of energy - a beam that inadvertedly ignited the airborne particles, triggering a flash explosion in the room.

Wesley awoke seconds later, ears ringing. Instinctively, he thrashed about, his fingers making a vague dialling motion - and the effects lessened as his ring finger glowed. This was enough to make a run for it, leaving the scene before authorities could arrive. The mysterious chemist was nowhere to be seen, and at that point Wesley was just happy he wasn't trying to exterminate him at that time. Recuperating in his getaway car, Wesley began to relax - until the effects of the chemical explosion began to return. He waved his fingers again, this time in the opposite direction, his ring finger glowing once more - and he almost shit himself as the ringing in his ears turned into a thunderstorm. Quickly reversing direction, he realized he could control the sensitivity of his hearing, and with a bit of experimenting, realized he could do the same with the rest of his senses. And with concentration, other people's senses too. Each of the five senses, controlled with a different finger.

Having realized the full extent of his powers, Wesley returned to his low-level position with the mafia. However, he grew bolder. Took more risks. Started branching out on his own, robbing corner stores freely while using his powers to ensure no-one even notices him. Even wondering whether he could be someone of value for the mafia one day. Not the leader, goodness no, that brings too much attention. Better to be the man behind the man behind the man, so to say. And no-one is the wiser, except for his boss, who has started to notice how Wesley always returns from a job clean, without any tail or suspicion while others get picked up or put down from the same job. Is there a rat in her crew, or something else? For the time being, however, she's elected to keep a close eye on Wesley Winx, at least until she figures out how the hell this mouthy fuck has survived so long.

    Hero Type: Psychic
    Power Level: Street Level
    Powers: Sensory Abuse/Manipulation
Think of your senses as a dial, from 0-10. The majority of us are born and live most of our lives with the dial right in the middle at five, and certain incidents in our life can raise or lower the dial, either temporarily or permanently. What this man can do is influence the sensitivity of the five major senses of victims, either positively or negatively, with the flick of a certain finger. For further details, see blow:

    Spoiler:

Vision - Increase: Raising a victim's vision senses enable them to see things in finer detail or from further away, see through barriers or at night (Level 6-9) or make it feel like they're painfully looking at the sun (Level 10)
Vision - Decrease: Lowering a victim's vision can cause them to overlook things easily, see things that aren't there, (Level 1-4) or render them entirely them blind (Level 0)
Hearing - Increase: Raising a victim's hearing senses enables them to hear things from further away, through various barriers (Level 6-9) or become deafeningly loud (Level 10)
Hearing - Decrease: Lowering a victim's hearing senses can cause them to not hear conversations taking place nearby, mishear things (Level 1-4) or remove it entirely, rendering them deaf (Level 0)
Smell - Increase: Raising a victim's sense of smell enables them to smell and detect odours from further away, through various chemical and physical barriers (Level 6-9) or make even the slightest of smells overwhelming (Level 10)
Smell - Decrease: Lowering a victim's sense of smell can cause them to overlook obvious smells, smell a false odour (Level 1-4) or remove it entirely, rendering them... Unable to smell? (Level 0)
Taste - Increase: Raising a victim's sense of taste enables them to really enjoy that packet of chips, detect poisons and chemicals in meals (Level 6-9) or make everything they taste, like, super spicy (Level 10)
Taste - Decrease: Lowering a victim's vision can cause them to ignore the horrid taste of steamed broccoli, not notice obvious poisoning chemicals (Level 1-4) or remove it entirely, rendering them unable to savour that packet of chips again (Level 0)
    AND THE BIG ONE:
Touch - Increase: Raising a victim's sense of touch enables them to feel things on a higher sensitivity, enables a higher 'spider sense' of when danger is nearby (Level 6-9) or increase pain sensitivity to the point where a mere tap of the finger feel like getting shot (Level 10)
Touch - Decrease: Lowering a victim's sense of touch can cause them to ignore many physical ailments such as pain, hunger, and thirst, (Level 1-4) or remove the ability to feel entirely, rendering them completely unable to feel any physical contact or ailments (Level 0). Note that this does not stop those ailments from occurring, only numbs the victim to their sensations. They could be set on fire and they wouldn't realize until the dial was increased from 0.

    Attributes:
    Strength Level: Normal human
    Speed/Reaction Timing Level: 20
    Endurance at MAXIMUM Effort: 2
    Agility: 10X
    Intelligence: Average
    Fighting Skill: Untrained
    Resources: Average

Weaknesses: He's still a very much normal human. Those sensory manipulation powers aren't going to save him from being easily beaten to a pulp and reduced to a smear on the sidewalk if he can't get his sensory abuse powers going in time. Additionally, there's a limit to how long his manipulations last by themselves, and a limit to the amount of people they can effect in a certain radius. Similarly, his sensory powers are tied to individual fingers - index for touch, thumb for sight, etc. So disable access to one or more of his fingers and that's a portion of his powers erased for a time being. The more senses he's trying to puppet at once, the quicker the effects will wear out. In RPG terms, he's the support character of a party - able to buff his allies and nerf his foes, but with very little actual offensive or defensive abilities aside from running the fuck away while trying to fuck with your senses so you lose track of him.

    Supporting Characters:
Dominique Van Dorsen - Dominique is Wesley's boss in the mafia hierarchy. High up the chain, but not quite close to a firm leadership position, Dominique orders her subordinates around with the ruthless efficiency expected from someone hoping to climb the ranks of the mafia and become someone notable one day. This has led to more than the usual amount of henchmen under her command henchmen biting the bullet, but as long as the job gets done, it's just collateral. Increasingly suspicious of how Wesley Winx, an otherwise unremarkable mook, keeps surviving - especially when she sends him out on jobs that by all rights should've gotten him killed.

Felix 'Roundhouse' Hartley - Wesley's boyfriend, a kickboxer who is unaware of Wesley's real occupation. The only person aware of Wesley's powers, as well as the person who gave him the 'Hoodwinx' nickname (he is not good at nicknames), Felix agreed to keep Wesley's powers a secret if he helped him get an extra edge in his kickboxing fights, namely by upping his pain threshold and lowering his opponent's pain tolerance. With this, Felix gets more wins and notoriety under his belt, and Wesley gets more money by gambling on the outcome of these heavily skewered fights. Everybody wins! Except for the person who got beat up and their senses fucked with, but I'm sure they're fine.

Three reasons why you have chosen that character:
    1. I always have a soft spot for the boisterous weakling henchmen rather then their obvious supervillainy bosses, figured it'd be fun to try a character who could potentially be the supervillain boss but would prefer not to because he's seen what eventually happens to those who get too big.
    2. Sensory abuse was an old reoccurring nightmare of mine. The idea of someone who could not only make your senses lie to you, take them away, or even turn them up to the point where it's too overwhelming to do anything, is low-key horrifying.
    3. There's a lot of potential story progression depending on how the story goes - could split from the mafia and branch out on his own, could keep his head down, could be thought of as a rat and attempted to be terminated.

Write two complete sentences using proper English grammar explaining what you think you can bring to the RPG:

This is a character who can help support other people's stories, in terms of both power buff/nerfs, and a different personality for others to riff off of. Someone who won't overshadow the big bad or anyone else, but someone who still needs to be dealt with one way or another.

How many times do you intend on posting a DAY IN the RPG:

As much as I appropriately can. Between six and a dozen, hopefully.

Do you know how to post pictures on WrestlingClique?

    "The Janitor"

    Alias/Secret Identity:"....Just The Janitor"

    Speech Color: Blue

    Character Alignment: Hero

    Identity: Secret

    Character Personality:
Looking at him, you won’t see anything that would suggest this person is in any way impressive in the least. Shy unassuming, doesn’t talk much and drives a shitty car to work most days, if anything most people would dismiss The janitor as some kind of clutz, and kind of a clumsy guy with a terrible sense of music

But the second, there’s danger afoot? He’s all business. He;s cold and serious and an efficient fighting machine just like he’s trained to be...but sometimes he does wonder what it might like to have an actual life, to be an actual person, with an actual name and not just...be the janitor.

But a job is a job right? Someone has to clean up the mess.

    Origin Info/Details:

He's the Janitor. Just the Janitor.

We don’t know a whole lot about the mysterious man that is the latest in the long line of people that call themselves “Janitors” for reasons that will become apparent, but we know a little something in regards to the secret order he’s a member of. A organization that is more than two thousands years old founded in ancient china that has gone through many names and many different translation but in english it roughly translates as “The Order of The custodian”, their goal is a simple one, to keep balance and order from the shadows, not for any personal gain or glory, but simply because doing the work of a hero, done in the shadows is the most effective, to that end that’s how the organization operates. No real names, no identities. No history. No loved ones. Just the type of people you’d likely to pass every day and ignore. Cleaners. Street vendors. Waiters…..Janitors.

It’s hard to know the history of the man simply known as “The Janitor” simply because that’s how it’s designed to work, for quite some time, he has been repelling any threats that the order might have detected all the while never getting close to anyone, and if anyone ever gets close to the action? That’s fine. They’ll quickly forget about him.

After all. He’s not a hero. He’s just the Janitor.

    Hero Type: (Select one)
Energy :-Kinetic. As in he has crazy martial arts skills. Yeah I know it’s a reach but none of the other options fit

    Power Level (Select one below):

    2. City Level (Ex. Spider-man, Cyclops)

    Powers (Be Specific):
To be blunt, The Janitor is highly trained to kick your ass, and possibly one of the greatest fighters in the world. the Janitor is a expert at Bartitsu, which is a hybrid of fighting styles such as jujutsu, schwingen, savate, canne de combat, Judo and boxing, it allows not only the strongest elements of martial arts themselves but also encourages creative use of everyday objects such as sticks, clothing and more, his weapon of choice? A mop of course, made of hardened steel making it near impossible to break and in which contains a hidden blade. He has a bunch of other gadgets disguised as normal janitor equipment that might get him out of a pitch quick

Attributes (Select one at each category:
    Strength Level: Normal Human,

    Speed/Reaction Timing Level:, 40,

    Endurance at MAXIMUM Effort: 3,

    Agility:, 5X,

    Intelligence: Average

    Fighting Skill: Mastered

    Resources: Minimal (He’s a janitor!)

Weaknesses: If you want to get technical about it; The Janitor doesn’t have any super power as such, he’s a normal squishy human who can probably crush you in a fight and can take a beating longer then the average joe, but a human nonetheless meaning if he faced some kind of intergalactic god like being, that’s not going to end up well for him. He’s also prone to the normal stuff mortals are….sickness..and y’know...death”

    Supporting Characters:
The Order Of the Custodian- The mysterious shadow organization that The Janitor is apart of, there main objective is to always keep the group hidden from the rest of the world at all cost even if it means the death of long time "Employees", Cold? Calculating? Certainly but their heart is in the right place and they believe that brutal justice is the best kind

Scruffy-The Janitor's Cat. It's of course a big no no for him to have a cat, after all, any and all personal attachments goes against the janitor's way of life, but he won't tell if you won't.

Three reasons why you have chosen that character:
    1. I've been watching a lot of martial arts films recently in particular Jackie Chan's stuff and I'd like to play a hero in the same vain as a Jackie Chan character from one of his movies. IE: kind of slow and stupid and a little bit of a loser whose maybe a pizza boy, or a delivery driver and oh yeah, just also happens to be the best fighter the world has ever seen.

    2. Playing overly powerful heroines/villains is kinda dull for him, the same reason no one likes superman, and it would seem kind of ego driven for me to play a "I'm perfect at everything I'm batman" kind of dude. So I went with a good ol'fashioned blue collar hero. Like John Lennon said "Working Class Hero is something to be"

    3. Something happening with the order, or some kind of crisis might help with the overarching plot.

Write two complete sentences using proper English grammar explaining what you think you can bring to the RPG:

I would hope that this character would bring interactions that are both fun and also helps develop a personality within what is meant to be a ruthless asskicking machine. Also badass fight scenes which I thing we can all agree are fun.

How many times do you intend on posting a DAY IN the RPG:

As often as I can some days might differ

Do you know how to post pictures on WrestlingClique?

    (credit: kkinsey94 on reddit)

    Alias/Secret Identity: U’cuntkeelmeh

    Speech Color: Pink

    Character Alignment: Hero

    Identity: Secret

Character Personality: U’cuntkeelmeh is boisterous, annoying, a devil’s advocate, and a button pusher. They’re largely a dumbass who relishes in the fact that their powers allow them to generally go consequence free (though they've often been reminded that NO ONE is free of consequences). They’ve seen a lot of people die and have somewhat numbed themselves to it. They know their gift is that they can ensure every death is answered. Whatever distress they’re feeling, they usually keep it to themselves and maintain a happy veneer. U’cuntkeelmeh lives a modest life inside a trailer and when they’re not helping the every day Night City civilian or showing up for a righteous cause, they’re consuming as much entertainment as they possibly can.

Origin Info/Details: U’cuntkeelmeh doesn’t have a very riveting origin story. They lost their immediate family in a car accident on a roadtrip. Although they’d known they had oddly quick recoveries from injuries and had never gotten sick to that point, they weren’t aware of their super regeneration at the time. Their near-death experience hyper-developed their regeneration and they were the sole survivors of the accident.

Sometime after, still reeling from the loss of their family and pessimistic about their safety should they reveal their abilities to any authority, U’cuntkeelmeh lived as a bum in Night City. They eventually took a loan from a local small-time crimelord being unable to nab even a low paying job without exposing their identity. When they were unable to pay it back, they nearly lost their lives as a result but naturally recovered. The crimelord sought to take advantage of their abilities and employ them as a thug to pay off their debt. On their first assignment, they offered the laundromat owner they were supposed to shake down a deal. They’d take their on-sale trailer in exchange for taking care of their problem. After leaving some of the crimelord’s thugs crippled, and convincingly assuring (a few failed hits later) the crimelord that retaliating at the laundromat owner wouldn’t be ultimately beneficial to the crimelord’s longevity, U’cuntkeelmeh realized Night City was the perfect haven for someone of their particular skillset.

It was sometime later that they were contacted by The Handler to do oddjobs. The Handler worked with various vigilantes in Night City, in their own way doing their part to help the working class stay afloat amidst the rampant corruption and crime. Although U’cuntkeelmeh was skeptical of The Handler, their survivability allowed them to take the risk and trust them. The Handler has often taken advantage of U’cuntkeelmeh’s regeneration to give them assignments with deadly odds, but those tended to invigorate U’cuntkeelmeh even more. The assignments went awry more times than they could count. They’d spent a whole year lost in the rubble of a demolished building, tortured and experimented on for a month by an underground doctor, and those may be two of their more tame experiences in the grand scheme of things.

    Hero Type: Supernatural

    Power Level: City

Powers: U’cuntkeelmeh has super regeneration. At some point in their life, they underwent a procedure that would remove all of their pain receptors. This was to combat the amount of times they’d get killed, tortured, or assailed. Generally speaking, their physical limitations are just above that of a normal human. Due to their ability to regenerate consistently and their inability to feel pain, they are able to go beyond that of a normal human by pushing their body to unhealthy limits. This is less a result of genuine capability and more so situations such as running for unnatural lengths of time by ripping their lungs apart and continuously regenerating them. Without their regeneration, they wouldn’t be much more than a normal human who could handle themselves in a scrape.

    Attributes:
    Strength Level: Normal Human
    Speed/Reaction Timing Level: 20
Endurance at MAXIMUM Effort: 3 hours
    Agility: 5X
    Intelligence: Average
    Fighting Skill: Trained
    Resources: Minimal

Weaknesses: U’cuntkeelmeh only really requires a concentrated effort to be defeated. Either you hurt them enough that it takes too much time for them to regenerate and retaliate, or you trap them. Their biggest fear is being sent to space and left to drift endlessly.

    Supporting Characters:

The Handler - U’cuntkeelmeh knows nothing about the handler, only a phone number and jobs. The Handler keeps them paid and sends them oddjobs to take on, generally involving protection in some shape or form, whether its as a bodyguard, or to help someone being threatened.

Three reasons why you have chosen that character:
    1. I wanted a chill character! U’cuntkeelmeh doesn’t take themselves too seriously. They’re basically heroic cannon fodder. The decoy. The distraction. The bullet sponge.
    2. I think his powers lend to a lot of easy dark comedy moments. Not quite Deadpool since there won’t be any fourth wall breaks or what not, but their recklessness and lack of self-regard will be fun to play on.
    3. They have the versatility to aid bigger heroes due to their sheer durability but also won’t feel out of hand for your every day mob boss.

Write two complete sentences using proper English grammar explaining what you think you can bring to the RPG: Entertainment! Joy!

How many times do you intend on posting a DAY IN the RPG: As many as I am available to do.

Do you know how to post pictures on WrestlingClique? Maybe.

Re: Clique Comics: Create a Hero/Villain RPG Rules and Sign Up Thread

Got a hero! Let me know what I can/should change to help balance things better, if at all.

    =-=-=-=-=

    AZRIEL

    Alias/Secret Identity: Ariel Selene
    Speech Color: Purple
    Character Alignment: Hero
    Identity: Secret
    Picbase: Mercy Sparx

Character Personality: A peppy, cheerful, if somewhat foul-mouthed demon who thinks humanity is godamned fantastic. Might not understand a fair amount about humanity, but loves them to bits anyway. Values free will above all, and in a warped sense of morality will be more lenient on criminals or villains if they're not doing anything to oppose the free will of humans. A slaver or mind controller? Beaten to a pulp. A drug dealer or bank robber? Ehhhh... Depends what's on TV.

Origin Info/Details: It's a well-known trope in literature and media that devils walk the earth. Demons, tricksters, and the like, who will offer you your heart's desire for the very small price of your eternal soul or whatever. We all know the trope, we're familiar with it.

Azriel, or 'Ariel Selene', is supposed to be one of those very same devils. A lesser demon who had spent her entire existence in hell, she was constantly enthralled by the stories other demons would tell about the mysterious surface of humans. About how they would wage war for the pettiest of reasons, about how they conquered the means of technology to send photographic images of their genitals to other people, and about something called the internet. Naturally, when calls went out for a demon (or demon-ish) entity to get a clawhold in CliqueTown, she leapt at the chance to ascend to the surface and start the usual tasks of corrupting souls & making deals, as is typical of a demonic entity until she's banished back to hell or outright terminated, depending on who caught her.

    But that's not what happened.

As luck would have it, she spawned in the middle of a college frat party, and was immediately handed a joint by a student too stoned to notice someone looking vaguely like a demon just popped into existence in front of him. Instead of harvesting souls, Azriel promptly got high with the group of stoners, listening to their increasingly vapid conversation for most of the night. By the time the sun rose, after a night spent watching a bunch of humans have such a wonderful time, she had decided that humanity is fucking amazing.

In the same way humanity looks at puppies and goes 'awww', she looks at humans and goes 'awwww', and decided that 'fuck the whole soul thing, she's going to chill with the humans.' Such an attitude will probably land her in trouble with her superiors, but who cares? What they don't know can't hurt them, right? And so, Azriel adopted the name 'Ariel Selene', cast a bit of a smokescreen to hide her more demonic features, and set up a florist shop somewhere in downtown CliqueTown - because the idea of humans gifting other humans dead plants as a sign of affection is so fucking delightful. Protective of these waddling idiots known as humans the same way you or I would be protective of a cute kitten, she has taken a bit of a habit of patrolling at night and ensuring these dumbasses are somewhat safe, mainly ensuring that the free will lesser demons like her don't have remains maintainable for humans.

    Hero Type: Supernatural
    Power Level: City Level
    Powers:
    - Flight w/ demon wings.
    - Durability. Can withstand significant damage.
    - Mild regeneration. Can recover from wounds and damage at a quicker pace that humans can. Note that she can still be incapacitated by injuries or killed altogether.
    - Mild smokescreen, mostly to disguise her demon features - the horns, tail, and claws.
    - Notable agility/speed ability increase when compared to humans.
    - Natural built-in weaponry: Claws that can shred through steel and prehensile tail that can act as an anglerfish-like distraction/lure, an additional limb, or when all else fails, a knife.
    - Connections to the underworld.

    Attributes:
    Strength Level: 20
    Speed/Reaction Timing Level: 40
    Endurance at MAXIMUM Effort: 3
    Agility: 15X
    Intelligence: Average
    Fighting Skill: Untrained
    Resources: Minimal

Weaknesses: Cannot approach holy or religious sites without feeling severe pain and discomfort. Can be banished back to hell with the right angelic/exorcistic precautions or outright exterminated with enough power. Prone to being tricked or deceived simply due to how cool she thinks humans are.

    Supporting Characters:
Zipper Zoo. Azriel's pet... assistant... thing. A small impish-like creature, inexplicably blue, clad in a straitjacket and can only communicate with fractured laughter. Azriel can understand it just fine. People seem to think it's a really ugly dog. It's neither ugly nor a dog. Likes to bite things.

Demonic Superiors. Azriel's bosses from the underworld who would probably be significantly annoyed if they found out she ditched the soul-stealing plan on like day one. There's a very, very particular spot in hell for demons who don't know their place or disobey orders. For the time being, however, they don't seem to notice Azriel's unreliability, busy with other... things... in their view.

Three reasons why you have chosen that character:
    1. Figured a neat twist on a 'idealistic heart' team member would be someone who is a literal - more or less - demon.
    2. I think there's some fun to be had with a non-human character trying to defend a city that isn't theirs and wouldn't do the same for them.
    3. Needed a hero to help beef up the roster.

Write two complete sentences using proper English grammar explaining what you think you can bring to the RPG:

A bit of fun, and a lot of heart. The kind of hero who can take up the meat of the work to let others shine.

How many times do you intend on posting a DAY IN the RPG:

    As much as I can.

Do you know how to post pictures on WrestlingClique?

    Yes sir.

Re: Clique Comics: Create a Hero/Villain RPG Rules and Sign Up Thread

Character you have created: Jasmine Perlot.

    Alias/Secret Identity: None

    Speech Color: Green

    Character Alignment: Evil

    Identity: Public

    Character Personality:

Jasmine Perlot? Oh she’s a legit business woman. A genius, an all American dream come to life, a former childstar Oh she’s just a sweet heart! Either you hate Jasmine Perlot or love her.

But rest assured, she secretly hates you.

A power mad egotistical genius, Jasmine Perlot, has little to no powers but she is calculating mad woman, She exhibits the following traits: extreme intelligence, grandiosity, incapacity for remorse, arrogance, and an unhealthy degree of self-confidence. She lives for three things.

    1) Prove that she is the greatest scientific mind of all time.

    2) Make Money

    3) The destruction of all super heroes.

Little miss money bags has...somewhat of a complex when it comes to heroes, she believes totally and utterly that any kind of super powered beings are BAD, and it’s her duty to be the one to bring them down….

...while being paid of course, she IS a business woman after all.

    Origin Info/Details
"Head Cosgrove Synthetics scientist -Revolutionizes Industry"
    "Genius?" Perlot helps protects millions"
Jasmine Perlot- Woman of the Year"
Jasmine Perlot Indicted on Terrorism Charges"
"Jasmine Perlot fired from Cosgrove Synthetics
"The woman Holding the business sector Hostage".
    Jasmine Perlot- Fallen Angel"

Growing up in a well to do family, Jasmine Perlot, pretty much had every advantage known to man, it was clear from the start that Jasmine was special, at the age of 8, she eating high school level book for fun. By the age of eighteen she was graduating from the top technology college in the world, Twenty-four years after my birth? she was the crown jewel of Cosgrove Synthetics, helping Greyson Cosgrove crush his foeswith a ruthless abandon until she was top of the mountain. She lived a charmed life….

    ...and then THE incident happened,

No one ever talks about it, officially it never happened; if you bring it up to Jasmine Perlot, If you’re lucky; she’d deny it, but during a time when; for whatever reason the hero "White Knight" held a grudge against the company, Jasmine was to be the one to put a stop to him...we don't know what happened next but there was a situation where one of Jasmine's weapons went wrong and it looked like she was about to die yet White Knight saved her... but at a cost, somehow some way, in the incident Jasmine lost all of her hair, unable to grow it back. Unfortunately, Mr Cosgrove was less than forgiving, FIRING her instantly. The pain and humiliation of being bald, combined with the fact that the company wouldn't be NEARLY as powerful if it wasn't for HER ideas. HER machines. HER weapons. She was on the cover of every science magazine in the world and now they think they can dump her away like trash?! So naturally. she invested in SEVERAL realistic wigs and set about her new life goal, to destory all heroes by becoming a "independent contractor" a weapons creator to sell to the highest bidder not just any weapons. Weapons powerful enough to take out supers.

Fair to say she got rather wealthy doing just that.

    Hero Type:Gray Matter(Super-smart characters)

Power Level (Select one below):3. World Level (Ex. Flash, Superman)

    Powers (Be Specific):

Let's get the obvious out of the way first; Jasmine is titanically, unnaturally smart, a polymath who makes other polymaths look like excrement-flinging chimpanzees. Most business moguls spend a large part of their day dedicating themselves to amassing their fill of profit and running their respective empires, and they usually have a veritable army of advisers and flunkies to help them. Jasmine? She does everything she needs to do to remain atop the Rich List each day... in a single hour. On her own. She's always had an eye for business and advertising, and a deep understanding of the intricacies of supply and demand. She knows how to oversell a product and how to charm buyers.

Being highly competitive and cutthroat has also aided Jasmine in her endeavors, unafraid and unashamed of boldly exploiting the darker parts of capitalism. She also runs a very organized operation, having zero patience for disloyalty or failure. Everything is brutally efficient and exact because she demands it. Jasmine does possess some considerable leadership qualities though she is by no means a good leader, and she reigns with fear rather than inspires loyalty. She's among one of the most powerful non-heroes in the world. That and she's been known for her; short fuse. According to one urban legend, someone sneezed on her general person, she instantly pulled out some kind of pen, pointed it at the member and vaporized him right there. Now, there's a very good chance that's just a rumour, that's never been proven, ..but let me put it like this; The fact that it's not totally dismissed out of hand, tells you all you need to know about this woman.

Jasmine is educated and academically knowledgeable in most major subjects; history, philosophy, literature, psychology, so on and so forth. Her real specialization, though, is in the hard stuff. Being the head of the biggest weapon development business empire in the land she has invented and outright pioneered the field of xenobiology. Her inventive capacity and engineering ability are second to none. Even with mere scraps, she's capable of creating devices advanced enough to make the average modern car look like a stone-age fossil, and the work she produces when she has adequate resources is futuristic in the extreme. She's a fucking genius, simply put.

Always at hand is her "Bodyguard/Personal Assistant and general henchmen, an ominous figure known only as "Mr Grim" Standing 7'4 and weighing 300ibs of pure muscle he's as strong as an ox and smells JUST as good, silent and almost always frowning. Mr Grim is Jasmine’s' first line of defense, but certainly not the only one she has at her disposal there's also "Dog-E" and Dog-O" two very aggressive, very loyal robot dogs of her own creation capable of outrunning and tearing a man in half. Both are constructed out of a titanium alloy manufactured for both its strength and flexibility. Despite this, the metal can be crushed with enough pressure, leaving the more plastic insides of the machines vulnerable. They're also susceptible to hacking and electromagnetic pulse and are likely susceptible to any Both need to be charged to full capacity before they can function. One charge lasts about two hours, but the amount of time decreases more quickly if they're exerting more energy running or attacking.

And then of course; there's always her pride and joy with her vehicle, a custom Panther De Perlot. It's a neo-classical luxury vehicle with two doors on the front and a small amount of space in the trunk. It will seat four people at a maximum and features flowing wing lines and big oversized headlights. It's automatic, features a jaguar suspension, and a V8 engine is easy to drive and quite quick though it has poor aerodynamics. It has a custom paint job on it and is black and white and has a custom license plate that reads "$$$$$" but more importantly it's a car personally designed to do some damage; plated with steel armor, It has two machine gun turrets hidden on the sides, and a rocket launcher as a hood ornament .the downside is, due to all the weight she's carrying, she's slow. But wow does she pack a punch

Attributes (Select one at each category:
    Strength Level: Normal Human,

    Speed/Reaction Timing Level: Normal Human,

Endurance at MAXIMUM Effort: Normal Human,

    Agility: Normal Human,

    Intelligence: Super-Genius

    Fighting Skill: Untrained

    Resources: Extreme

    Weaknesses
She’s not super powered in any way she’s a spoiled rich girl whose never been in a fight in her life, and quick frankly physically weak even by human standards. In a one on one fight, she wouldn’t last a minute.

-Jasmine’s ego is INSANE, but the only thing bigger? Her inferiority complex; she might have you beat. She holds all the cards, and there’s nothing you can do to stop her. You challenge her ego? She will drop all advantages she has, just to prove you wrong. She HAS to prove she’s smarter then you, she can’t help it.

She will constantly underestimate her foes, to her; she’s the smartest person in the room, and there’s nothing anyone can do to surprise or shock her, she believes she’s three moves ahead of you at all times, and the idea of you getting something over her? Laughable. Which is why she tends to play with her food instead of eating it, feeling supremely confident she can’t be beaten.

If she’s ever referred to as bald...to put it bluntly she will lose her shit. She will go into some kind of rage induced state, lose all focus and concentration and just start swinging on the closest people around

    Money. Nuff said.

Supporting Characters(Does your character have a significant other? A mother? Friend? Who are they, what do they have to do with your character?):

Mr. Grim; Jasmine’s ever presence impossibly large and imposing body guard, no one knows much about him, besides the fact he looks like his mother was an elephant and his father was a sky scrapper, but he’s ever silently always at hand to handle..”business” for his boss

Dog-E/Dog-O: Two robotic dogs that serve as Jasmine’s pets, with robotic features and razor sharp teeth they make the perfect guard dogs

Three reasons why you have chosen that character:

    1. Again; I get bored with super powers, and who needs powers when you got money?!

    2. The lack of a villain with a public identity.

    3. Quite frankly it looks fun to mess around with over the top cartoony tech things.

Write two complete sentences using proper English grammar explaining what you think you can bring to the RPG:A villain that isn’t cool or powerful in the traditional sense. But one you’d probably want to slap.

How many times do you intend on posting a DAY IN the RPG:As much as I can,

Re: Clique Comics: Create a Hero/Villain RPG Rules and Sign Up Thread

    Sensa.jpg

Character you have created: Sensa M

    Alias/Secret Identity: Ricky Matthews

    Speech Color:
    Orange

    Character Alignment: Hero/Villain

    Identity: Secret

Character Personality (Give information on how your character acts, what he/she believes in, how they handle situations): One of those guys who talks a good game but gives you a sneaking suspicion that they’re actually full of it. The facet to this is that Ricky Matthews is by no means cowardly. He’s quite head-strong and reckless, often allowing pride or (a sometimes misplaced) sense of loyalty to those he deems his friends. If pushed, you would be forced to say that Ricky genuinely is a naturally good guy who made a series of bad decisions that forced him into a … less than good … way of living day to day. Still, Ricky is acutely aware of his misdoings and subconsciously has urge to “make up” for the damage he may potentially cause in his day to day living by trying to clean up Legacy City by night, in whatever small way he can …

Origin Info/Details: Ricky was born in a quiet, unassuming township just outside the state lines of CliqueTown. He was son to run-of-the-mill, middle-class parents that worked hard at the family business – Mr. Matthews owned a small yet moderately successful carpentry shop – to ensure that young Ricky would have a college fund. Ricky attended school and as a young, wistful lad he day-dreamed of attending university. He’d even gone as far as to look up the prospectus for MIT at the age of thirteen. Ricky had always been playfully teased by the students of CliqueTown Elementary – his clothes were a little worn and his accent sounded slightly different than their own. Ricky was always the last kid on the bus as he lived outside the state-lines and there was a rumour spread around the playground that Ricky had no home and he just stayed on the bus until it was time to go to school the next day. Ricky, in his pre-teen years, ignored this, the words had little to no effect but as he grew older, so to did his classmates and the barbs grew nastier.

Ricky soon grew fed up with the taunts about his accent and his worn-out clothes. He decided to find a way to get some money and buy the newest Nike runners to hit the market. After searching around his home he managed to scrounge up a measly twenty bucks. A teenage Ricky decided to take a chance and managed to blag his way into a local casino. In there, playing roulette, he manged to turn the twenty bucks into three-hundred. Ricky bought not only the new runners but the newest top and trendiest jeans to go with it. Like a peacock, he strutted into school on Monday and was the immediate talk of the town. By lunch-time, the prettiest girl in school had asked to sit at his lunch table. They arranged a date for after school at the local mall. When Ricky was crossing the road with his probable-soon-to-be girlfriend, he instinctively jumped in front of her just as a car skidded around the corner and sent him flying over the bonnet. A hit and run would be bad enough but the unconscious Ricky was hastily bundled into the back of a car which sped off into the night.

Two weeks later, after multiple state-wide searches and appeals on the local news, Ricky emerged in a dazed state from the woods just outside CliqueTown. His parents were overjoyed but Ricky couldn’t recall anything that had happened. The last thing he remembered was winning money at the casino. As he grew older and the strange incident was seemingly forgotten, Ricky noticed things seemed to have a knack for going his way. Forgot to do his History assignment? The teacher would be out sick. Playing basketball for the school team and he tries a near-impossible three-point buzzer beater? Swish. Hell, he lost his wallet at an away game and the girl who found it ended up becoming his girlfriend. No matter what happened to Ricky, he seemed to land on his feet. One way or another. Things were looking good for the junior-star athlete but an overwhelming desire to learn what had happened to him as a young teenager constantly plagued his thoughts. His only lead was returning to the casino, the last place he can remember being before his incident. Unfortunately he was met with a dead end … of sorts. Ricky soon learned that his good fortune extended to the games tables. Poker, roulette, blackjack. You name it. If Ricky played for long enough, he’d always beat the house. Obviously, Ricky got addicted to it, I mean, he’s figuring it’s pretty much free money. After a couple months of racking up some notable wins but also breaking up with his girlfriend and completely cutting himself off from his family, he got barred as the house thought he was card counting. It was the only casino in CliqueTown at the time as well.

Ricky moved his hustle to Night City where he quickly ran afoul of some underworld bosses. It was also here that Ricky learned not only does he possess unnaturally good look, he seemed to know when something was about to happen. It was like all his senses tingled at once JUST before something occurred. One time, in particular, when he was trying to run away from some mob goons, he thought he was hidden from view behind some crates when every sense in his body tingled and he instinctively ducked down. Less than split-second later a bullet whizzed over the top of the crate. Ricky got away that time and learned to trust his senses.

Figuring he possesses some form of supernatural power, Ricky moved to Legacy City in the hope of finding out more about his powers. Finances are still a problem so Ricky still runs hustles at low-stakes card games during the day to fund himself. He’s not cheating people of thousands but the low-stakes games attract the more regular Joe types and Ricky inherently feels guilty about taking their money. He is aware there are other people like him in Legacy City and he wants to find himself on the right side of the line. For this reason, by night, Ricky dons a disguise and becomes Sensa M, he does small things like prevent car thefts and muggings but really, he is trying to find others like him, in the hopes of being able to serve a greater cause.

    Hero Type: (Select one)

    Psychic, I guess.

    Power Level (Select one below):
    1. Street Level

    Powers (Be Specific):

Unnatural good luck. Sensa finds himself to have unnaturally good luck in every aspect of his life relating to “chance”.

Premonition. Sensa has to ability to sense something happening before it actually does.

Potentially raised Speed/Reaction. Yet to be confirmed but a suspected power. Sensa seems to react just that little bit quicker than the average human. It’s nothing exceedingly unnatural but he’s found himself able to break falls and was the captain of the state-winning dodgeball High School team. Could be just the “luck” aspect.

Attributes (Select one at each category:
    Strength Level:
    Normal Human

    Speed/Reaction Timing Level: 20

Endurance at MAXIMUM Effort: Normal Human

    Agility: Normal Human

    Intelligence: Average

    Fighting Skill: Untrained

Resources: Minimal though if needed, can raise substantial money (thousands not hundreds of thousands) through hustling games.

Weaknesses: Nothing specific. He’s a normal human being outside his powers. Anything that would kill/hurt a normal human would kill/hurt Ricky.

Supporting Characters(Does your character have a significant other? A mother? Friend? Who are they, what do they have to do with your character?): Estranged.

Three reasons why you have chosen that character:

    1. I think it’s a unique character with limited powers. I think it’ll be a challenge to write creatively but that’s why I’m doing this at all.

    2. I am not familiar with most superhero stuff, I think I’ve chosen a character with powers and a “goal” that represents that and think I can do a realistic portrayal.

    3. As a likely fringe/lower order player in the game for the first season as I get to grips with how this works, I figured a support character would be best for me to portray for storyline/game reasons.

Write two complete sentences using proper English grammar explaining what you think you can bring to the RPG:

I think I can bring a unique, fresh twist on the general tropes of Superhero RPG. I don’t actually know what they are but I imagine it’ll be completely different to what offer as I genuinely, have little to no background with Superheroes.

How many times do you intend on posting a DAY IN the RPG: As much as I can.

Do you know how to post pictures on WrestlingClique? Kinda.

Sample Origin Post (Minimum Four paragraphs containing dialogue):
    can add later if needed.

Re: Clique Comics: Create a Hero/Villain RPG Rules and Sign Up Thread

Thanks to Smooth Jazz Krash Wolf for helping me find a picbase for Sensa. It is Chase Stein from a comic I believe is called The Runaways. Majority of pics for Chase have him wearing gauntlet/metal fist type things but in this universe he doesn't have that ... for now
