John Cena, WWE Champion
Six days after suffering an RKO onto a steel chair, John Cena became a six-time World Champion at WWE Breaking Point. Handcuffed to The Viper, The Champ used the STF to force Randy Orton to utter the match-winning words, "I quit."

- New Champion. Will be interesting to see what Cena has to say and how Orton will react to losing the belt. Possible build for a HIAC match at the next PPV?
- Batista's announcement. Will he challenge Cena? Want revenge on Orton? What?
-DX. How will they react to last night's defeat?
- Trish. Will be good to see her. Way better than random celebs.

Since i'm starting college on thursday this may be the last raw in a very long time i actually stay up to watch. Hopefully its a good show. After what happened at breaking point this show should be good. First time in ages im actually looking forward to Raw.

I don't think the last few Raw's have been great. The Price is Raw was so ridiculously over rated and hokey. It wasn't a bad show by any means, it just wasn't as great as people make it out to be.
With that said, I might watch Raw live tonight. I'm pretty intrigued to see how this Raw sets up things for HIAC in three weeks. This could be a solid post PPV raw considering there is a new WWE Champion, Legacy's reaction to their victory, along with Batista's announcement.

Did anybody call it great? lol.
Most people said it was a good show overall and SOME of it was great. I don't think anybody was claiming it was anything too special.
Or maybe the last 2 RAWs have just looked so much better because of the shit we had to put up with before that.

I wasn't referring to anybody in particular, more so general opinion. I often do labour alone at work for hours on end so I listen to about a dozen wrestling podcasts weekly to keep me entertained, and mostly everybody seems to be raving about it. Even those who usually trash Raw completely are giving it positive reviews Some people have gone as far to say that it was one of the best Raw's in years, I strongly disagree.
Even calling it good is a small overstatement. Raw has produced such garbage post draft that when they do anything that is remotely decent appears better in contrast.
Anyways, it's not really worth debating farther than this I suppose. Some people liked it more than others and that's fine.

Just 24 hours after The Legacy forced Shawn Michaels to submit for an upset victory over D-Generation X at WWE Breaking Point, HBK competes in his first Raw singles match in more than six months tonight when he meets Ted DiBiase.
