WWE Champion Jeff Hardy has been riding a wave of success since claiming the gold at Armageddon, and at Royal Rumble, Hardy faces a dangerous foe in former champion Edge – who is focused on taking back what he believes belongs to him.
The history between these two Superstars is well documented, and with the title on the line, Hardy can be sure that the Rated-R Superstar will do anything he can to reclaim the biggest prize in WWE. With General Manager Vickie Guerrero naming her husband Edge the No. 1 contender, the deck is stacked against Jeff Hardy, but that is when the current WWE Champion has been at his best.
As Edge tries to reclaim the gold, and, with the mystery surrounding the attack on Jeff Hardy the night before Survivor Series, many fingers have been pointing toward Edge, making this match extremely personal.
Can Edge find a way to win back the WWE Championship as the Road to WrestleMania begins at Royal Rumble? Or can Jeff Hardy continue his dream ride as WWE Champion and take the gold all the way to The 25th Anniversary of WrestleMania?

Re: WWE Royal Rumble: Jeff Hardy vs Edge - WWE Title
Yeah its a match I've wanted to see for a while, and it's good to see Hardy in a non-underdog match considering he has been facing the likes of Triple H, Taker, Kozlov, Show nonstop. This will be back and forth and hopefully very entertaining. I always have confidence in Edge to put on a good PPV match and I think their styles will work well together.

Yes, I have a GIF of two women kissing.
Yes, it's hot. Yes it's Megan Fox kissing another woman from Jennifer's Body. Yes, it's hot... owait, I already said that. Yes, I'm aware this makes me sound like a total lesbian. But this scene? UNF.
Jeff is at his best when he's getting his ass kicked.
Edge is at his best when he's getting his ass kicked.
Don't get your hopes up too high imo.
I think Edge is at his best when the match is back and forth with plenty of characters and cool exchanges of reversals. With no obvious underdog it could be better for both guys. As I said, it is getting boring having Hardy constantly facing big guys. I think both could shine in this match.

Re: WWE Royal Rumble: Jeff Hardy vs Edge - WWE Title
This match is an example of something Ive never understood. Edge got pinned by Hardy to lose his belt, yet he gets an automatic rematching while Triple H, who hit his finisher on Edge and was at a two count, never got pinned. Yet Triple H now has to go through the Royal Rumble to earn another shot at the belt. Its seems rather ass backwards to me.
Re: WWE Royal Rumble: Jeff Hardy vs Edge - WWE Title
I can't wait to see this match. This may be the first match in 3 years that persuades me to purchase a WWE pay per view. I will definitely be royally pissed off if Jeff loses the title this soon.
