It had one of the greatest cards to recent memory with Goldberg Vs Lesner, Rock and Foley Vs flair, batista and orton. Benoit vs HBK vs HHH, Taker Vs Kane and Angle vs guerrero. They were all great matches except for lesner and Goldberg and it was a great PPV.
Yes. It has a tremendous (the best) TLC Match, Rock/Austin when both were at their peak, Undertaker/Triple H, and a lot of other quality stuff.. To me, this was the height of the attitude era

I don't watch much PPVs, so I chose WM X-Seven as the best.

Yes, X-Seven is the right answer. All other answers are wrong or misguided, or posted on here by people that have been drinking.
One that doesn't get too many mentions is "Canadian Stampede" which featured an excellent Mankind-Hunter brawl (before they got old), an incredibly good Taka-Sasuke match up, a decent Taker-Vader title match and concluded with one of the most heated 10 man nation-vs- nation brawls I've ever seen. Crowd were off the hook.
