Here's my updated card as of New Year's Revolution...

WWE Championship Ladder Match
Edge (c) v "HBK" Shawn Michaels

My Take: Hopefully Vince has seen the light and will use Edge as a way to get back at HBK.

World Heavyweight Championship
Batista (c) v Randy Orton

My Take: Orton wins the Rumble and ends Batista's year long title run. Waiting to see how bad Dave's injury is.

Kane v The Big Show

My Take: Partners split after losing the belts.

Triple H v Kurt Angle

My Take: Maybe just maybe Triple H stays out of the main event picture and these two rekindle their rivalry that was so entertaining.
Undertaker v Lashley

My Take: Lashlet turns heel w/ help from Paul Heyman. Call him "The Next Big Thing 2006" or call him Undertaker's next victim in his Wrestlemania undefeated streak.

My only doubt there is Edge against HBK for the belt. Simply because it appears that Vince has pencilled himself in for Mania (he wanted originally to do something there with Bret but was refused). He's about 60 now isn't he so he's really going to want to do something again there before it's too late.

Why would he put Edge in the ring with him to sort out HBK though, since a reverse outcome means he gives Shawn the title?

My only other doubt is that most of those matches have been done to death already Shawn/HBK, Show/Kane, Hunter/Angle.

I understand, but I'm trying to throw things out there that would be interesting to most. Nobody wants to see Cena/HHH, not even me.

As far as Edge goes, Vince already set up the win for him against Cena by ok-ing it at the PPV after the chamber match so I'm just hoping he puts him against Shawn.

Look at it this way. Vince wants Shawn gone, so he gets himself a protege' (Edge) to take care of it. Then we set up the ladder match. If Shawn loses he's done with the company but if he wins he's the new champion.

Would it be predictable? Yes.. but it'd be fun to watch IMO.
