When the cage fell apart like that... that didn't look planned, Taker was obviously supposed to win but the PPV did end like 25 mins early so I am just wondering if Taker was supposed to climb the cage instead of break right through it. Show hit the floor first anyways... so IMO it was majorly botched.
^I didn't see it, but the same thing happened when Big Show made his debut in WWF at ST. Valentine's day massacre and he threw Austin out of the cage and it broke ala the Punjabi Prison. It may have been planned.
Also last year at No Way Out in the Barbwire Steel Cage Match. JBL was supposed to win and he did but it wasnt planned for him to fall through the canvas when he got chokeslamed off the top rope by Big Show. Matches with Big Show seem to go wrong all the time. He's too big.
When I saw the match I did think that it ended a little early. I mean what was the point of having Khali climb the cage for no reason?
Exactly... at the end of the match Khali and Davari were still climbing the cage. Im guessing that Khali was supposed to interfere and maybe Taker still takes him out and wins.
I heard it on another wrestling forums website. I dont remember which one, but it had a legit source thats all I remember. It had a legit source and it said it wasnt supposed to end like that.
