Does the winner of the #1 Contender match have to face Jarrett the same night after that match?
Yes I believe so. The same thing happaned at Final Resolution 2005, monty Brown won a three way against Nash and DDP, but lost to Jarrett in the main Event. Expect the Four way to be low on the card.
I think that Samoa Joe should win this, he deserves the push towards the title, and the time is right seeing as he has just lost the X-division title.
But I think either Christian Cage will win or Sting.
I can see Jeff Jarrett winning the eventual(sp?) match though, which I have no problem with as Jeff Jarrett is my favourite TNA Wrestler.
I want Jarrett to keep the title really, but I definetly want Joe to go against him, and eventually take it off of him.
I think having Sting champion would make sense as he is a legend and he is feuding with Jarrett, and I think Christian has been milked too fast, he is getting stale quick, they should have waited to give him the title.
Steiner will never be champion I dont think, plus he is working with Jarrett and I dont think a Steiner vs Jarrett match would work.
I am pulling for Joe but I say Sting.
Steiner and Joe are only in the match because they are feuding, and Christian is in because he is the former champ, and Sting is there because he is feuding with Jarrett, therefore Sting will most likely win.
In reporting on the card so far for TNA's Victory Road PPV on July 16, we mentioned that in addition to a Four Way #1 Contendership Match taking place involving Sting, Christian Cage, Samoa Joe and Scott Steiner, it was stated that the winner of that match would go on to face NWA World Champion Jeff Jarrett that same night for the title. It turns out that TNA is holding off on that until August 13 at the Hard Justice PPV where Jarrett will defend against the winner of the Four Way Match at Victory Road.

The main event should be a good four-way. Sting bores me now a days, so it's a little annoying that he's involved. I'm fine with Steiner, as Joe carried him to a solid match, and i want to see where their feud goes next.
The tag titles match could be great, just like their previous two matches, all that needs to happen is to keep the women out. I have a feeling this Jamie D women will just mess everything up, i doubt she can actually wrestle.
The 6-Man war should be decent, and we all know what's going to happen. I hope that Abyss and Spike get the main focus, as i've heard that they produced a solid match during a house show. I wouldnt mind seeing a few matches from them. Blood, brawling, and a spot from either Spike or Abyss. That's basically it, but yeah, it should be a good match.
Senshi vs. ??? will be a solid match, although im not that keen on Senshi at the moment. I really hope that Aries takes the open spot. I cant wait to see him back in a TNA ring, and he could only help the quality of this match.
Shelley & Nash vs. Sabin & Lethal would be a whole lot better without Nash, but it'll still be good.
Ugh. Why is this damn feud still around? Raven vs. Larry Zbyscho, well, it'll be what it is. Larry runs, he gets a few cheap shots, Raven starts to beat Larry. Raven shaves Larry's hair. I find that an 'ugh' describes this match to a tea.
Rhino vs. Monty will be good. Both men are solid workers.
I'm not sure what to think about LAX vs. Ron & Dutt. Homicide, Ron, and Dutt are all great workers, but that other guy 'Hernandez'?, well i havent seen him wrestle enough, but i doubt he's up to the level of the others..
