This will be the first ever PPV from Lexington, the first PPV in the state of Kentucky in almost six years, and the first televised event in Lexington since September, 2000. The reason for this is mostly due to the athletic commission in Kentucky which has strict guidelines on wrestling, most notably involving blood. If a wrestler starts to bled during a match, the commission states that the match must then finish quickly and get the blood out of sight, much like the DPOR Regulations of Virginia and in other states. Every time blood has been used in OVW, it is fake blood which is allowed by the regulations and why Paul Heyman has been able to do so. As it is in other states, the WWE gets different standards for the rules and is able to buy their way out of the rules so it will be interesting to see if this and other regulations affect the PPV.
Haha, that's true. I believe that there will be some type of bloodshed in at Backlash, just not as much as usual. There will definatly be some bloodshed if there is some sort of gimmick match added to the card. Either way, I won't be bothered as long as the matches are good...I can't wait to see the main-event match..Hoping for Edge to walk away champ, but it's gonna be Trips...which is still good.

yeah its gonna be HHH, but as long as its not Cena then I am happy.
I agree, that's exactly what I said in an earlier thread. I don't want to start Cena-Bashing...and I do have to admit, that he is trying damn hard to get better and make the fans like him (I respect him for that), but he just sucks. Like I said, I'd prefer Edge to win the title, but Triple H will..which is still great to get the title off Cena. I'm just happy to see Edge in the Main-Event again...for a while I thought he'd never get a shot at the Main-Event again..this atleast gives some hope that he'll get the championship again someday..hopefully be the end of '06..

I doubt that the WWE will take any notice of this Blood-Free thing.

They got in truble in Baltamore Md. when they had a Stefaney McMahon vs. Vince McMahon match, just a fine. So I doubt they'll pay atention to this.
Why did they get in trouble for this?
