I think this match has to have been the WM 22 match of the night,It was excitement through out and i think it has benifited both men well. For Edge he has won alot of respect and now should be in the WWE title frame and Foley has had his WM moment when he was still standing after a sick Spear through a flaming table and then a standing ovation.Good stuff :yum:
I agree, this was the match of the night and a possible match of the year candidate. I knew he would be brutal, but i didnt know both men would so much in to this match. From start to finish, great action, good to see them both get bloodied and a great finish in the flaming table.
As both of you have said I really enjoyed this match. My favorite match since WrestleMania last year. This is the only match I actually felt was worth downloading and watching. Really enjoyed the high spots in the match and think both men did oscar worthy jobs in the match. Will be interesting to see if WWE can top that the rest of the year.
I think this was definitely MOTN contender, along with Vince/HBK and MITB 2.
