As you are all well aware, the promotional line for WrestleMania 22 this year is "Big Time." Apparently WWE didn't do their research before coming up with this promotional theme. There is a wrestler who wrestles independents around the midwest named James Duck. He wrestles under the name "Big Time." Not only that, but he also owns the trademark for that name in wrestling and has notified WWE about this. Legal action could be taken.

OVW's Chris Cage was released from his WWE developmental deal this past weekend in what was described as a disciplinary move. This is why a title change took place at the OVW House Show yesterday with Deuce Shade defeating Mike "The Miz" Mizanin to capture the belts for The Untouchables.
