Points are awarded as followed. 1 point for getting the winner correct. 1 point for predicting correctly HOW the match ends.(if you arent specific enough you will be awarded no points. Even Pinfall or DQ is specific enough, you wont be scored against for going into too much detail. This is at my discretion) 1 bonus point if you guess the exact finish to a T

This is the official thread for placing your WWE Royal Rumble predictions. State the person(s) who you think will win their match and how you think they will win (i.e. DQ, pinfall, submission). For the Rumble match itself, predict the winner and who they eliminate last to win. As more matches are announced, they will be added to this thread. Results of how everyone did will be posted after the show. Predictions will primarily be ranked based on predicted winner(s). The extra information (how they won) will be used only in the event of a tie.

World Heavyweight Championship Edge (c) vs. Rey Mysterio
Blade Thoughts: No way Mysterio main events Mania. I'm going with Rated R.
WWE Championship Randy Orton (c) vs.Jeff Hardy
Blade Thoughts: I think Hardy is a live dog in this fight. I'd give him a good 20% chance to win as where Mysterio would be somewhere in the 1% range. I can't see them taking the belt off of Orton yet, however. Maybe Hardy goes over in a rematch.
United States Championship/Career Threatening
MVP (c) vs. Ric Flair
Blade Thoughts: Ooh.. Tough call. don't see flair winning the title but MVP isn't going to end his career which means Ric has to win.. so I'll go with him but by DQ which MVP has been doing of late anyway. The old HBK 1993 trick.
Chris Jericho vs. JBL
Blade Thoughts: I can't see Jericho losing this feud but I'm not sure if this is a one and done deal, so maybe JBL sneaks one out? Nah.. I'm going with the savior.
30 Superstars Royal Rumble Match - Winner Receives championship match at Wrestlemania 24 in the Citrus Bowl, Orlando.
Blade Thoughts: Very tough call. I see Triple H being involved otherwise he doesn't have a match on this PPV and that can't happen. He has a strong shot. I see HBK and Mr. Kennedy canceling each other out. I don't see Batista winning because I don't see him as a great story. There's been no build with him in recent weeks. That leaves the Undertaker. He hasn't been able to get a shot at Edge so this may be his last chance. Only problem with him is that he won it last year. I suppose he could always win a chamber match or something to get into Mania.. it's one or the other for me, I'll pick Triple H to go over here with them as the last two, then Taker wins the chamber.
WWE CHAMPUIONSHIP Rany Orton vs Jeff Hardy - Theres no way that Hardy is going to Wrestlemania as champ, but I see him winning by DQ to set up a ladder rematch at No Way Out
WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP Rey Mysterio vs Edge - Theres not much chance of Rey winning here, so a Edge win but a remaatch at No Way Out
Ric Flair vs MVP - Matt Hardy costs MV the match, Flair wins
JBL vs Chris Jericho - This is a tough one to call, im going for Jericho to win by pinfall
The Royal Rumble Match - This is a tough call this year, but im going for a suprise and Lashley makes his comeback and wins, eliminating Batista last
