This is gonna work out as an extreme, extremley great or extremley crap.
Of the singles matches we are gonna be treated to a clinic between Chavo and Benoit but neither wrestler is capable of invoking a true emotional response. Big Dave Vs Booker is Blah, sorry but these two need chemistry and they would need the muppet's beaker to supply it. So we're left with three "traditional" survivor series matches. Now I predict that one if not two of these will be great, however it doesn't matter, as I see it they're all there to serve a purpose of promoting future fueds only, and when that type of booking takes place the paying fan is always left with a funky taste in the mouth.
So overall I would predict SS being a 3.5 in ring and a 1.5/2 overall. The lucky thing for me is that when I download it tommorrow I ain't gonna be too dissapointed.
Is this out of 5? lol.. No, I think the in-ring action will be very good not too sure on the writing aspect, because obviously, they haven't been all that great at that part of the deal..
Well for me i normally base a PPV on how many of the titles are on the line as i believe all titles should be defended on a PPV.
But with the Survivor Series the way it is, i prefer not having the titles on the line as i like the 5 on 5 matches as it gives the fans teams we wouldn't normally see together.
The DX vs Rated RKO should be the best on the card and probably will be. That match has everyone feuding with someone on the opposite team and also represents all the brands which is good.
I'm looking forward to see Punk's PPV Debut and a little part of me is excited to see the Hardy's on PPV as i missed ECW this week.
