WWE Championship - Triple Threat Match John Cena (c) vs. Edge vs. Triple H
Prediction: Edge by pinfall on HHH after a spear Let's face it, Edge is the most interesting of the three to put the belt back on - Cena's faced everybody he can draw money with on the roster, and Edge's brief run in January resulted in Cena getting cheered and Raw's ratings to jump up. No-brainer from a business standpoint. HHH doesn't need the belt and has been much more entertaining in top-card feuds that don't revolve around the title.
Vince McMahon & Shane McMahon vs. Shawn Michaels & "God"
Prediction: HBK & God by pinfall after some cheesy pyrotechnic gimmick While it wouldn't surprise me one bit to see Vince McMahon book himself to go over on God, I don't see HBK agreeing to something so blasphemous - I mean, this whole feud has tiptoed on that as it is, so I can't see Michaels being willing for he and the almighty to do the job here.
Intercontinental Championship vs. Money In The Bank Shelton Benjamin (c) vs. Rob Van Dam (MITB)
Prediction: RVD by pinfall after the 5-Star Frog Splash Too easy to predict this one. Shelton's not ready to be "Mister MITB" and RVD is - cut and dry. Why they're tying up two prizes in the same match is stupid to me, but then again that's how WWE operates anymore (see: Judgement Day main event). RVD doesn't need the IC belt, he's above it, Shelton does need it, so the booking of this program is reflective of the creative team's poor decision-making. That said, this should be the match of the show.
Kane vs. The Big Show
Prediction: Kane via pinfall after doing something twisted related to his "See No Evil" character (how's that for specific?) Kane's got a movie coming out in a couple of weeks - plus, he's in the middle of a heel turn. Having him lose to the Show would kill any momentum he has here. I expect this match to suck, and to not be the last time these two face off in this program.
Women's Championship Mickie James (c) vs. Trish Stratus
Prediction: Mickie via pinfall after a Mick Kick Trish dominated the women's division for a long time - so long that the fans turned on her at WM22 and cheered the way-too-convincing-as-a-lunatic Mickie. I think they should keep running with Mickie as champion - she's a capable worker, has done great with her character, and is really Trish's only peer aside from Victoria in regard to ringwork. Plus, if the fans keep cheering Mickie, I'd love to see Trish turn heel again - she's at her best as a bad girl.
Carlito vs. Chris Masters
Prediction: Masters via submission with the Master Lock Carlito's the fan favorite here, but he's gotten the best of Masters overall in this program, so I see the Masterpiece getting his receipt.
Ric Flair vs. Umaga
Prediction: Umaga via pinfall after interference by Armando Alejandro Estrada Wow, PPV quality match here...riiiight. Remember when we speculated that Naitch might get one last main event push going into MITB at Wrestlemania just a short month ago? What the hell happened? Umaga's new so he won't lose. He won't go over clean, but he shouldn't lose in any way unless it's a DQ loss where he beats the snot out of Flair. Stupid booking of Flair here, especially when Umaga doesn't have the potential to be anything other than a lower midcard guy at best.

For the record The Problem Solver and Mr Kennedy both jointly had the same amound of points on the tie breaker, but since this is only for fun it doesn't really matter!
I did include the Kane vs. Big Show match in the prediction results. But since nobody predicted a no contest, then we all got it wrong!
Too bad I didn't do this well at WrestleMania, of coarse WM wasn't as predictable as Backlash.
