I'd have to choose raw. They seem to have the most amount of main eventers and could produce the most storylines. No one on smackdown is really that big of a draw I think. Orton could be their biggest draw if they pushed him right. Lashley has potential to be huge I think also.

Well.. there's still 5 spots open it looks like but unless SD! lands Brock Lesnar and AJ Styles I'm going to have to say RAW. RAW is loaded with main event players and rising stars.
8 out of the 13 on Raw are Upper Midcard to Main Event Status
I counted Chris Masters and Carlito because they were in the Elimination Chamber in the last pay per view so in my opinion, they have made upper midcard status.
4 out of the 12 on Smackdown are Upper Midcard to Main Event Status.
I did not include Hardy or Lashley as both could be Upper Midcard guys, I don't think they have been pushed to be at that level yet.
So, I would have to say Raw.

throw in Undertaker, and I'd say smackdown. But Raw is definitely better since they have more main eventers and midcarders. Come on...Super Crazy, Psychosis...blah.

A Smackdown wrestler has won the Rumble every year since the split. If the WWE were wise, they'd allow a RAW superstar to win.
