Survivor Series: A Little Empty?

Looking on WWE.COM i took a look at the SS page and noticed there only being 6 matches on the card for this PPV.

Normally i'd expect at least 8 matches for a PPV to be any good and unless big things happen, i can't really see this being any good.

Sure you've got Angle vs Cena, Team Smackdown vs Team Raw which should be good matches and of course the return of The Undertaker but if they don't do his return well i can see this being a flop.

Isn't this the 2nd year in a row the World Title hasn't been defended? Call me selfish but i prefere seeing both World Title's being defended on what is one of the WWE's big PPV'S.

Yes Batista is in the classic survivor series main event but who else would of liked to of seen him defend his title?

Just think of the talent that isn't even on this PPV, MNM, Shelton Benjamin, Regal & Burchill, The Mexicools. I mean come on WWE give us a PPV worthy of this Thanksgiving tradition.
And just look at the titles that aren't even on the line, Both tag titles, Cruiserweight title and the World Title.

Surely WWE could of had some sense and put the Tag Titles on the line and of had MNM vs one of the many tag teams on smackdown.
Or even Juventude vs Nunzio for a Cruiserweight title match.

This to me is WWE in freefall and unless something is done soon, WWE will be no more.

Don't forget that they still have Heat, so that will be another match(since the Heat matches usually count as part of the results) so that will feature another match and they usually have one unannounce match or announced at the last minute for the PPV.

The card does look pretty weak overall though despite it intially looking like it would be really good, WWE can't rely on people to buy this PPV just because it's one of the big four.

As for the matches, without the World Title being defended I was hoping to see a second elimination match or some other match since unless both the Raw/SD match and the last man standing match are 20+ minutes each then the show will be pretty short. Pretty dissapointing card overall.

I hope that a few less matches leaves room for the elimination match to go long. Quick eliminations drive me nuts, it makes guys look super weak and I wish WWE would stop doing that over and over again and just maybe have that happen 1 time in a match, like maybe a distraction spot where somebody gets eliminated right after eliminating somebody else. But sometimes they do it like 2 or 3 times in 1 match, and it sucks that way.

My guess is that they are going to add one moer match to the card during heat for the PPV. That is what I am hoping for. I am not really looking forward to watching this garbage at all.

Nope, the IC title is not on the line tonight. I don't really want to see Triple H be IC Champion anyways.

It's not? I swear the last man standing thing was supposed to be for the title. Who knows?

I thought it was going to but I can't find any site that says it is for the IC title(even WWE's own website).
