Time for a K Jay prediction.

This is writing 101 and the easiest and best way to put Smackdown on the right road to Wrestlemania.

First a news snipit from WWE.com:

SmackDown's captain Batista will be leading his team of Randy Orton, JBL, Lashley & Rey Mysterio as they charge into RAW this week, but what will they have in store for their Survivor Series opponents?

I fully expect Randy to turn on Batista and put him out of the picture for 6-8 weeks (time for Batista to rehab). Randy wins the ensuing Tournament/Title Match (title vacated on WWE's optional 30-day defence rule). Big Dave comes back after 6-8 weeks and chases Randy all the way to 'mania (of course with Randy screwing him out of every possible title shot i.e. eliminating him at the rumble and run-ins on No1 contender matches). Thus setting up the absoulute shoe-in for the Wrestlemania Main Event.

Easy, but true.

Great start there, but there is one problem.

I heard that Batista has said that he will not take time off for his back. He will rehab it on the road.

I'd heard that too, but I assumed he was meaning that on the road meant making appearances but not wrestling. Kinda like the fact he'll have little participation in a 10 man match at SS.

Wait, when did Randy Orton get Eddie's SS spot? I don't remember hearing them saying anything about it on Raw or SmackDown.
I would rather have seen Mr. Kennedy get that spot instead, but I guess Orton isn't a bad choice.

It's been announced that Orton will face Batista for the World Title in a street fight on next week's Smackdown! and I think we will see a title change as Batista rehabs his back.

if that is the case, we will see our first title change for the top title on both shows since wrestlemania!

How many times has the main title changed hands in the UK????

That would be a first since the WWE Title has never changed hands in the UK.

I think they will wait untill after Survivor Series though.
