Taboo Tuesday main event

I was brainstorming last night and came up with a finish I'd like to see at Taboo Tuesday in the triple-threat match for the WWE Title.

After having Cena dominate the action for a good portion of the match, Angle catches Cena in the ankle lock. Just before he taps, HBK gives Angle Sweet Chin Music and pins Angle 1-2-3 for the title.

Angle then challenges HBK to a title match at Survivor Series. HBK agrees, only he adds a stipulation. He makes this a 60-minute Ironman match since nothing was settled from their 30-minute match on Homecoming. HBK also staes their must be a winner and there will be sudden death if the match is tied at the end of 60 minutes.

Angle wins the Survivor Series match and holds onto the strap until the Rumble, where he loses it to Triple H.

As for Cena, well here's where you can begin his quest for the title now that he's dropped the belt. Bischoff's going to make Cena jump through hoops to get another title shot, so you're going to see him take on guys like Kane, Edge, Carlito and the like until the Royal Rumble, which Cena will win.

Now you have Triple H with the title and Cena with a title shot since he won the Rumble. You can now set up their WM 22 match anyway you'd like.

Also, this doesn't have to do with this topic but imagine if HBK is in the title match and Big Show and Kane fight for the tag team titles. How can they not be booked to win? The tag team division is horrible, why not just give it to those two.

I liked everything except for the first sentence of this paragraph. When has John Cena ever dominated the action for any portion of a match besides the end?

Maybe that is his strategy. Let his opponent get tired from beating the hell out of him and then pinning him.

I like that booking - it gets the belt off of Cena temporarily (which is needed), gives another Angle/Michaels classic, get the belt on Kurt briefly, and leads up to the Mania 22 Cena/HHH match - very nice!

I have to agree here. How in the hell could Cade and Murdoch beat these two. We will definitely see new tag team champions.

I wish my sex life was like ECW, first you get a One Night Stand followed by 2 months of nostalgic orgasms and then 6 months of constant sucking.

You could have Big Show get pissed at Kane during the match, chokeslam him, then leave him to get pinned by Cade or Murdoch.

Yes, Cena normally gets his ass handed to him for most of the match. But in this case, I was just going with a different feel and plus, it wouldn't hurt to have Cena dominate a good portion of the match instead of him selling the whole night.

That sounds kind of familiar. Oh yeah, they did that last night on Raw with the Hurricane.

Weird. Also on Smackdown Eddie did it to Rey against MNM.

Cool idea Spyke, but it has been done too many times this year. No one really cares about tag team wrestling anymore, especially the WWE.
