You know the drill, who do you think is going to win it for their respective brands?

I say Chris Jericho. Why? He hasn't had a real fued with anyone besides Bischoff lately, and he needs something to get him not only back in a program, but to main event status.

For SD... I'll say Cena... just cause I hope it. Best thing besides Angle SD has.

Well, I sure hope WW"e" has 2 Battle Royals at the Royal Rumble (one for SD!, and one for Raw). I would pick the same two winners you did....I especially hope John Cena takes one.............

WWE is having 2 Royal Rumbles this year? One for each brand?? Well I'm gonna say John Cena will win the Royal Rumble. Now if there's a RAW one besides that I'll say Batista, but it probably would be Jericho. Heck, maybe even Orton to feud with HHH.

If they have one RR: Austin

If they have two: Austin on RAW, Goldberg on Smackdown (he'll switch shows after Lesnar causes him to lose to Kane)

Seeing as how there are many rumours that WWE intends to call an end to the Brand Extension at 'Mania, I doubt there'll be two Rumbles. Probably just the same format as last year, one winner, faces their brand champion. That's the way to go, I think. 2 Rumbles isn't the same as the 30 slugfest.

My winner... My prediction is that Jericho will win the Rumble. Either him or Kurt, anyway.

This is a tough one. First of all, there is no way that WWE would have two Rumble matches. That'd make for little to no variety, especially when they can book some "Dream" altercations during the Rumble. I'm with 3D and Boz in saying that Y2J will take the Rumble match. He's been paying his dues ever since dropping the Undisputed belt at WM X-8, and he's due for another run at the top. I really hope that WWE isn't stupid and give the match to someone like Cena or Orton - they're great, but way too new to get pushed that high. Let them take their respective shows' secondary title before giving them a main event push.

Y2J The King Of The World's Top 5 On...
---------------------------------------------------------
TNA
1. Christian Cage / 2. A.J. Styles / 3. Christopher Daniels / 4. Samoa Joe / 5. The Truth
---------------------------------------------------------
SMACKDOWN
1. Ken Kennedy / 2. Batista / 3. Bobby Lashley / 4. King Booker / 5. Matt Hardy
---------------------------------------------------------
RAW
1. Edge / 2. Shawn Michaels / 3. Triple H / 4. Shelton Benjamin / 5. Carlito
---------------------------------------------------------
ECW
1. Kurt Angle / 2. Rob Van Dam / 3. Sabu / 4. Sandman / 5. Tommy Dreamer

Enough with the Jericoholic convention, Jericho had his turn to be both WWE and WCW champion. I think the company oes this on to Benoit. IMHO he, the best choice to be chapion for those that havn't been WWE champion yet. And while Cena's a great choice he and Randy Orton (another great choice) have to work past Mania before they are even worthy to become World Champions. Between, Brock Lesnar, Gail Kim, Goldberg, havn't we had enough of sticking the World gold on new superstars that havn't been here long enougn?

Benoit's not a bad choice. But do you think he'd make a good WM20 main event? Not me. As good as Benoit is, I can't envisage him making a good winner in the 20th Mania main event.

I agree about Cena and Orton though. But you can't compare them with any of your examples though.

Goldberg = An established main evemt star.

Brock = Had a steady push to the World Title, seems he was always ready, unlike Cena or Orton.

Gail Kim = Was a "fluke" first match, so to speak. Different situation to Orton and Cena, who are already established.
