As soon as this match was announced at the end of the first hour, I had a feeling that Sheamus would win and maybe set up the immediate rematch. Since there is no ‘general manager’ for Raw, will Cena be able to get a rematch tonight like he promised? It was interesting to hear a lot of fans cheering for Sheamus during the match.)

Winner: Undertaker
(This match started slowly and built to an interesting finish with Batista winning the title. Then they brought out Teddy Long for the San Antonio Screwjob. Why is it that when a match is restarted, it only takes seconds to win? What would have happened if Batista hit Taker in the groin with the chair? What about the ring steps? Were they legal? The restarting of the match took away from what Taker and Batista built to)

Winner: Randy Orton
(This was an okay match and maintained the last few weeks of the feud, but did not live up to the build that should have happened after the Madison Square Garden situation. There was some good action in the match, especially with Kofi blocking the field goal kick and Orton focusing on the arm. The pre-match situation with Rhodes and DiBiase was not good on both parts. They beat up Kofi before a Raw match but won’t do it at a pay per view when the stakes are higher? Then Kofi turns his back on Cody and Ted and they do nothing?)

Hrmm. A lot of new champions. I could have gone without DX winning the tag titles and have CM Punk on the card, but that was a great PPV to push two international futures in Drew and Sheamus.
Not a bad PPV, but I found myself very bored in a lot of the matches. Maybe it was just a bad night to watch wrestling, but I only was really into the opening match.
I didn't understand the false finish in the Batista match. If Teddy was so against referees making mistakes which lead to title changes why didn't he also reverse McIntyre's victory which was the exact same finish more or less?
Kofi/Orton wasn't bad, but it feels like they killed what this feud had by putting them in the two sketchy matches on Raw prior to this.
Sheamus winning the belt was pretty damn cool. It'll be interesting to see which direction they go on Raw considering the next PPV isn't for something like seven weeks. If the Tombstone a few weeks ago on Raw was any indication maybe Cena will head over to Smackdown to challenge Taker for the belt at Mania, thus he'll job to Sheamus in the rematch.
Finally the fall of Super Cena's PPV Winning Streak. Sheamus winning is a much needed breath of fresh air that WWE needed on Raw. While I think he is nowhere near ready for a title reign it's better than Cena.....

He did the exact same thing for CM Punk against Taker in Montreal earlier this year. I think he was trying to make up for that.
Now it looks like he's gonna have Batista up his ass.

I still don't like the finish. It's dumb, and it cheapens everything to show that it really doesn't matter if you get a three count and win the belt. Also, it just seems lazy and poor to have the exact same finish in two title matches booked by the same brand. One which contradicts the other.
If they wanted to prolong Taker/Batista I don't see why they couldn't have just kept Rey off of TV until TLC, had Rey cost Batista the match to further the angle that Rey is getting in the way of Batista gaining his rightful spot as champion. Batista then can pwn Rey once again and then go on to face Taker on PPV.
Finally the fall of Super Cena's PPV Winning Streak.
Not to be a asshole or anything but unless I'm tripping, Cena's "winning streak" has only been two ppvs where he beat DX & Orton after having exchanging battles with Edge/Orton? Hardly call that a win streak. Can't wait to see the ppv by the way.
Interesting choice to put the belt on Sheamus. I'm happy in a basic sense, as I am among the many fans who have complained about the WWE main event scene being relatively stale. Sheamus was elevated awfully quick and I am skeptical of him being able to produce at the top level. But I will certainly give it a chance and not decide I hate it before it has a chance to really play out.
I'm still reeling from Sheamus' win. Honestly, I didn't think WWE would be spontaneous enough to make Sheamus WWE champion, but damn, he won. TLC was so crazy. So many twists in my predictions, I loved it.
You're screamin' as I walk out that I'll be missed
But when you spoke of people who meant the most to you,
You left me off your list
Fuck you, hip-hop
I'm leavin' you
My life sentence is served
