It makes sense. RAW did it too. It was the leaders making sure the team was quality so they had them defend their spots.

If Matt, DH, Tyson, Finlay, and Truth really are in it, it's a much more stacked team. Just a shame for Dolph/Drew.

Maybe, maybe not. It'll add intrigue because RAW got along for a little bit but they broke down earlier. How will the new SD team work together?

Weather or not there is a new Smackdown team or not, I still can't see how the Smackdown team will beat team Raw believably with DX and Show on the team.

I think the new team is pretty lame to be fair. The original team looked like underdogs, but with Ziggler, McIntyre & Escobar it had wrestlers that WWE were pushing. The new teams looks like a team of losers with Matt Hardy, Finlay & R-Truth.

Hopefully it's all part of an angle and the removed team members will play some sort of role on Sunday. Maybe it'll lead to a match between the two teams at Survivor Series. But as it stands I don't think the teams have been improved at all.

I would've switched Escobar and that's about it. The new team is just...ugh.

Finlay - Hasn't won much lately, and when he does it's by cheating...and he's a face.
R-Truth - Irritates me to no end with his "get jiggy with this, get jiggy with that" shite and the only purpose for him being around lately is to put McIntyre over...and now he's out.
Hart Dynasty - Who have they beat besides Cryme Tyme that one match in Canada?
