Not necessarily predictions, but here's what I'd book. I haven't given it much thought, but off the top of my head....
Main Event
World Heavyweight Championship
John Cena VS CM Punk (C)
Back Story: Punk holds the belt going into Mania. Cena is drafted to Smackdown whenever the next draft commences. Cena goes undefeated on Smackdown, Punk defeats all challengers. Cena is essentially the fans last shot of ridding Punk of the title. Throw in some promos where Punk accuses Cena of being fake, trying to pretend he's a good role model when just a few years ago he was writing songs perpetuating the thug and gangsta life style. Etc etc.
WWE Championship
Christian VS HBK(C) (Alternate, Jericho being champ)
Back Story: Christian wins the Rumble and moves over to Raw to challenge and attempt to win his first world belt. There are two directions I'd take with Christian winning the Rumble. There have been rumours that HBK will go heel and face HHH at Mania. I'd move that feud up so that it spans as a major feud from Armageddon (TLC?) to No Way Out with HBK winning the WWE belt off Cena somewhere in that time frame. The alternate would be Jericho beating Cena for the belt and defending against Christian.
Cody Rhodes VS Randy Orton
Back Story: Continue with this stuff where Cody Rhodes idolizes Orton despite Orton constantly screwing him over in some way or another. Take a very slow approach to Rhodes turning on Orton in order to set up for the big Mania match.
ECW Championship
Bryan Danielson VS William Regal (C)
Backstory: Regal trained Danielson. That kind of shit writes itself.
Undertaker VS Ted Dibiase
Back Story: Ted Dibiase vowing to do what Orton couldn't, kill the legend of the Undertaker once and for all.
Triple H VS The All American American Jack Swagger
Back Story: While Triple H is feuding with HBK have Swagger constantly knocking at his door trying to get a shot against HHH wanting to prove that he is at a Main Event level. HHH shoots him down. Everything melts down when Swagger costs HHH the blow off WWE title match against HBK thus giving HHH a real reason to want to face Swagger and extract revenge.
IC Champion VS US Champion
The Miz VS John Morrison
Back Story: Do I really need to explain this?
Jericho VS Edge
Back Story: Again....do I really need to explain this?
(Alternate match, HBK VS Rey Mysterio: if Edge is not healthy. Jericho defends the WWE Championship against Christian. HBK is no longer in the title match and instead faces Rey Mysterio.)
Undertaker VS Ted Dibiase
Back Story: Ted Dibiase vowing to do what Orton couldn't, kill the legend of the Undertaker once and for all
If they made that match, they should actually put DiBiase over. Taker doesn't need the streak, and rather giving DiBiase the win would allow him to step up to the main stage.
I think HHH vs. HBK is obvious at this point, as is Jericho vs. Edge.
I also think John Morrison will be winning his first world title at the event so he'll make up one half of the Smackdown side of the title match. At a guess, I think he'll face C.M. Punk.
With Edge returning as a face I expect Batista to turn heel, as it's been rumoured for a while and I think there could be a match between him and Rey Mysterio.
My predictions are always wrong though.

Why do people think Cena will face HBK for the title AGAIN? That would be so random.
It is impossible to predict what will happen at this stage, but here are some matches I would LIKE to see:
World Heavyweight Title
CM Punk (Champion) vs Shawn Michaels HBK gets one more chance to win the big one on the big stage. Can Mr Wrestlemania pull it off and finally become the man again against the straight edge superstar? Winner = Shawn Michaels
WWE Title
John Cena (Champion) vs Undertaker Either Undertaker becomes Champion or the most famous streak in sports entertainment is finally broken. Something's gotta give!~ Winner = John Cena
Grudge Match
Chris Jericho vs Edge Former tag team partners face each other in this grudge match. Can Edge prove that he isn't a weak link and defeat his former partner? Winner = Edge
Randy Orton vs Ted Dibiase Can Ted Dibiase step out of Orton's shadows and defeat his former leader in Legacy? To make things more complicated, Cody Rhodes is the special guest referee!~ Winner = Ted Dibiase
Triple H vs Evan Bourne Triple H has been increasingly frustrated in his encounters with Bourne, losing to him on two seperate occasions. Can he finally get a win over the up and comer at Wrestlemania? Winner = Evan Bourne (HHH snaps and destroys him)
Money In The Bank Ladder Match
Christian vs MVP vs Kofi Kingston vs Mike Knox vs Dolph Ziggler vs Sheamus Which one of these young stars can grab the briefcase and win themselves a title shot? Winner = Christian
Champion vs Champion
John Morrison vs The Miz
I like this idea iamthedestroyer, so I'm stealing it. Another match with two former partners colliding. Who will prove to be the better of the two? Winner = John Morrison
