I hope this doesn't mean Taker/Punk HIAC. Would be terrible.
I'm taking a wild guess and saying this is the HIAC PPV wherein the Main Events are HIAC matches? From what I can tell, it's more likely to happen than not. I actually think they could have a good HIAC match, there is no need to go outside the cell anymore so let 'taker give the fans what they want and beat the crap out of Punk where he cant escape.

Well I thought maybe only one match would be HIAC.
It's not about the match they could put on, more that it makes zero sense considering how little build the feud will have had by then. At least if they did Orton vs Triple H, you could't argue that the feud hasn't had enough build. Punk/Taker has no business taking place in a HIAC at this stage, but I guess the HIAC stip is whored out to the point that it's just another match nowadays, and doesn't need some epic long feud.
Also, Punk would def be losing the title.

Look at a lot of previous HIAC matches and they wernt long feuds before the match
Off the top of my head.
Shawn/Taker - Badd Blood 97 - Feuding 2 months
Foley/Taker - KOTR 98- Just started feuding again a month earlier
Bossman/Taker - Wrestlemania XV - Taker feuding with corporation since just after the Rumble
Cactus/HHH - NWO 2000 -Feud had started after over a years absence a couple of months earlier
6 man HIAC - Armageddon 2000 - Mixture of short and long term feuds
Jericho/HHH - Judgment Day 2002 - Feuding since just before Mania
Brock/Taker - No Mercy 2002 - Feuding 2 months
Nash/HHH - Bad Blood 2003 - Feuding 3 months
Batista/HHH - Vengeance 2005 - Feuding 4/5 months
DX/McMahons&Show - Unforgiven 2006 - DX got back together around May/June
Also no title has ever changed in the Cell.

I don't know how it would suck the status of the HIAC. I don't think No Way Out has hurt the Elimination Chamber match.
Crocker, the Undertaker/Mankind is a little misleading since they had been feuding on and off for almost 2 years. It is interesting that no title changes have happened in it though. 6 of the 16 HIAC matches have been for a title (3 WWE Championship, 3 World Heavyweight Championship) and the defending champion has won all of them. Other interesting notes, 2006-2008 each had only 1 HIAC match each and 1998 had the most at 3.
