Like that three on one handicap match where Shane was dominating the three of them til the very end? He didn't use weapons or attack them from behind. This is the main incident that I'm referring to.
Not sure how you would feel if your family was getting fucked up by Legacy for awhile. Anger and adrenaline is key for this argument. If some guys were beating up on my family, I know I'd hang in a 3 on 1 for quite some time. Plus, Shane's always been billed as a street fighter, so it makes sense.

How did Flair cheat? He used his damn hands the entire time and kicked Orton's ass all over the arena until Legacy came in.
I'm pretty lost with the whole Flair cheating as well, but the guy is retired and at that point, the E wanted to keep a good relationship with Flair, so they let him beat up on Orton some.

Which leads me to another point, the man needs two other guys to get a 60 year old man off him.
That was to establish Rhodes and Ted more, and also add more heel cred. to Orton.

he's also had to DQ himself, get counted out and has run away from his opponents for the past 4 or 5 months.
Heel tactics or smart move.. Take your pick, but either one can be the excuse for that.

I have never seen a heel do these things as much as Orton does.
Hulk Hogan, the most established wrestler in pro. wrestling history did it so many times during his nWo days.

I never said this has ruined Orton. Many believe that,
That's the difference between a fan and a critic. A critic will say it ruined Orton and a fan would just be like, oh he's a bitch.. Glad to see you're still a fan and not a critic though.
Re: WWE Breaking Point - WWE Champion Randy Orton vs. John Cena
Ric Flair was using his street tactics of eye gouging and ball shots that's he's done for the past twenty years. That's how he was cheating. It wasn't a match, it was a fight.. and for a while Flair got the best of him. So what? I explained why they have Hogan and Flair go over people to this day. But look.. it's not like he beat him clean in the middle of the ring.
As for the getting DQ'd thing or counted out.. heels used to do that all the time. Did it ever hurt Mr. Perfect's credibility? No way.. because while he would take the easy way out and just do it to piss off his opponent, he used the championship rules in his favor... he was being a dick, but he still could say that he was perfect, because he had not been pinned or submitted. Same with Orton. I don't see the big deal with what he does. He's being an asshole.. pretty much.
I don't think Orton's stock is any less now that it ever was.. he's one of the main event players on the show and that's not going to change.

Even with anger and adrenaline, I still don't believe that Shane McMahon could take down three wrestlers. Yes, Shane-O Mac is dabomb.com and all, but I just can't see it happening. It shouldn't be that hard for three guys to gang up on one.

And how does this fit with the storyline?

Lol. Okay. At Night Of Champions, Teddy and Cody couldn't defeat Jerishow for the tag titles. They then run in and attack Cena and Hunter during the triple threat match and Orton got the win. The duo then go in an interview where the interviewer asked them how they thought about losing their match. Instead of being pissed off that they couldn't capture the gold, they go on to rant about how great Randy Orton is. It's kind of pathetic that they put him before they put themselves. I'm just sayin'.

It was a surprise attack. It's kinda like they got jumped, and I've seen first hand something similar to that. I just think that reasoning of Orton looking is bad is just illogical.

Orton took out Flair's friend in Batista and Triple H?

When you watch Raw next time, notice how Orton basically demands them to not worry about there problems, but his instead.
Hoping it will be like Cena/JBL, I love that match to this day.
It could be fun, but the lack of blood creates problems with storytelling and believability in these types of matches nowadays. It's hard to sell the concept that a guy has been beaten so badly they have to say they quit, embarassing themselves and losing the title, when there is not a speck of blood in sight. Whoever quits is looking like a pussy.. and it's gonna be Orton obviously.

It's obvious that Cena is going to win. There's no way that Cena will quit and the HIAC ppv is next month. That's where Triple H will be beating the hell outta Orton. So unless they want their top face to look like a pussy and Triple H to win the belt again...Cena wins.
