The SummerSlam match from two years ago was very good. Hardly great in my opinion. But certainly a lot better than any of the HHH/Orton matches I've seen. The other matches between Orton & Cena have been fine, but the duff finishes messed both of the two singles matches that spring to mind.

I think the finish to the No Way Out match worked though, with Cena surviving all Orton's big moves so he had to get himself DQ'd. My only issue with that match was that Cena got his title shot at No Way Out after winning the Rumble. Not a fan of such breaks from tradition.
To be fair to Triple H, I would say the Last Man Standing with Orton from No Mercy 2007 is at least as good as any Cena/Orton match, probably better, but he definitely can't produce as good regular matches with Orton as Cena can.
I'm still disappointed we never got to see the Orton/Cena LMS in 2007 due to Cena's injury. That could have been epic.

Agreed. EVERYONE was hyped for it. Then Cena got hurt. =/ At least we had the great LMS with HHH instead but... I wonder how good Cena/RKO LMS could have been..

I was gonna reply to Caesars posts, but I reckon Tommy's got that covered and there's nothing I can really add, as it generally goes with stating facts.
I'm looking forwrd to this match. After months of Orton/Triple H, it'll be nice to see Cena in the main event properly, and not just as an afterthought.

HHH has gotten thunderous ovations every week for like the last two months, not to mention they chant his fucking name in the match. But I guess an Internet mark would be too oblivious to hear or see that. Nothing is gonna stand in the IWC's war vs Triple H, by god!

Why do I imagine you, every Monday Night, in your Reeboks and John Cena John Deere Gear doing "you can't see me" at your TV and squealing along with the other girls in the arena, hoping Cole pops off a "vintage Cena" comment?

Their match at No Way Out is underrated. It was a situation where Orton knew he couldn't outlast Cena on that night so he got himself DQ'd which further infuriated Cena. It worked really well for their story at the time and it was a B-level PPV, so who cares? It didn't close out the PPV and those bastard fans got two elimination chamber matches for their money.
