For the record, Raiz, Kozlov didn't turn face and he is still smiling. ..... I don't get it either.
Punk/Hardy should be good stuff. The Divas title match will be decent. The tag match is interesting due to Edge's injury. The triple threat isn't interesting unless Orton wins by pinning HHH. Unfortunately I see Orton winning by pinning Cena so HHH is protected more.
I wouldn't HATE a Cena win though. It's early but at least it keeps HHH from getting the belt at HIAC.

I really dislike the concept of a PPV with every title on the line. Two women's matches on a PPV card is usually pretty bad considering how little effort WWE put into the division, and WWE never plan in advance by making titles look credible, so after it being nothing for months, the US title is suddenly defended on PPV again.
Also, I think it makes the PPV very one dimensional, and highlights that there are too many titles in WWE. If every match is a title match, the title matches don't seem big anymore, and we are denied personal feuds which are something different and interesting.
Anyway, the card looks decent so far. Hopefully Punk and Hardy get time, and Ziggler vs Rey could be good too. Not got very high hopes for the triple threat, but Cena should make it a lot better than a one on one match between Triple H and Orton would be.
I bet they do with the typical finish they used at Wrestlemania 24. Orton pinning Cena after Triple H did all the hard work.

I like the idea, but it's never done correctly... Like you said, the US Title has been on PPV for months and suddenly it's become a big deal. It's inconsistent (although that said, it's making Kofi look fucking awesome) but it also shows a massive hole in WWE booking. If the Titles were meant to be taken seriously they would be booked strongly all year round, meaning they would be defended as often as possible on PPV, making an all Title PPV pointless... But for an all Title PPV to really work the Title have to be booked strongly and consistently all year round, so that we actually care. It's a catch 22 situation, and it leaves WWE in a confused state of constant flux over which Titles they should be pushing each given month.

Too many Titles is right... There should only be one Women's and one World in my opinion, just like the Tag Titles now. But that isn't the case, so we're repeatedly subjected to a bunch of matches that aren't needed, and as I said before, due to the way the 'E books its belts, we don't care anyway.
NOC should feel like Wrestlemania. Every Title being defended should be massive. It just isn't at all.

Yeah, the selling of the PPV leaves a lot to be desired but with as many PPVs as we have, I like this concept. It just needs more consistency. Also, it'd be a lot more epic with brand specific PPVs so this is one of the big... five >.>
And I see Cena winning.
