Ok Vladimir had that streak going, then he lost to HBK, Taker and now HHH. I have a good idea for a match at WM with him. So he bitches about how he can't win anymore. Then he wants to prove he can still win by making an open challenge at WM. And his opponent will be....Batista!!
Yeah i know what your thinking: "Batista is hurt theres no fucking way!" is a site that i get my wrestling news from called Wrestlescoop.com and recently there was an article that contained an interview and Big Dave said that he feels physically ready to wrestle again. However he thaught that he may not be ready mentally. The reason i think this could be a good way to return is because this sin't really a high profile match, he doesn't have to do his best to be good, it is a good sort of "practise match" almost, and it would be a brutal powerful battle. He thern could want revenge on orton and get involved with the HHH-Orton match. Imagine that Triple H vs. Orton vs. Batista.
note:i had this idea awhile ago so now i think it might be alittle far fetched and is highly unlikely but what do you guys think of this? I think it would be a good return match for Batista.
Nah, I don't think two hosses wrestling each other would interest wrestling fans, especially at WrestleMania. We've seen that happened at WrestleMania IX between Taker vs. Giant Gonzalez, it sucked completely. People who watched wrestling for awhile don't want to see two hosses wrestle each other period, because it's boring and won't draw as much.

The last thing the WWE needs is have a guy return before he's ready. It doesn't matter if Batista "Feels ready to return", you should always force your wrestlers to be out longer than they think they should be. Otherwise, another injury could happen quickly.
And really, Kozlov doesn't need to be at Wrestlemania. Wrestlemania should be a showcase of the best the WWE has to offer, not a PPV where they try and book as many wrestlers as possible. Wrestlemania 20 is a great example of a Wrestlemania that had they just scaled it back some, it would of been a potential best 'Mania of all time.

I think Kozlov has potential, but I don't think he's needed at 'Mania. If they were gonna put him on the show I reckon it would've been done by know and he would be in the MITB.
I can see exactly what you were trying to do with the idea, and it wouldn't be a bad way to bring back Batista, but like Jim said, WWE shouldn't bring a guy back earlier just cos he feels ready cos that could lead to further injuries and other worries.

I was expecting him to be on the card, but now that his streak is over it seems like he is just a jobber to the stars. Another example of WWE pushing a guy too soon, with the push being based on an undefeated streak. Like Umaga, when they finally lose, WWE have nothing else for them to do besides losing.
And I wouldn't want to see Batista for reasons already stated. It would be bad to rush him back but also the match would have no build and would seem so thrown together.
I imagine it would suck worse than Batista vs Umaga last year too.

The difference between Vladimir and Umaga is many at least find Umaga entertaining. I see Vladimir going a lesser but similar route to the Great Khali. Now he'll be an upper mid card jobber before eventually getting depushed even further.
I for one am glad he's not on the show. Doesn't entertain me, doesn't get that much heat, and really has no use for Mania.

I comepletely agree. Yes, Kozlov is pretty good, but hes not very entertaining. He should not be at mania. I think it's just a waste of time with him.
