I am not asking you to type out a whole card (although by all means go ahead if you can/want to), but what are some key matches you would love to see take place at Wrestlemania 25 next year? Now that Wrestlemania is on the horizon, and taking into account last night's events (thread could contain spoilers if you have not seen Survivor Series) it is becoming possible to predict what might take place, or at least say how you would book things from here.
To start with, I only have a few matches:
Edge (Champion) vs Jeff Hardy - WWE Championship
This one practically books itself, and if WWE can't see that this is the way to go I will have to call them retarded. Edge won the title, and it seems obvious that he was behind the attack on Jeff Hardy which left him unable to compete, so the build has already started. Have a fatal 4 way at Armageddon with Edge defending against HHH, Kozlov and Hardy and emerging victorious. Then he could defeat Triple H one on one at Royal Rumble after Triple H earns another shot. Meanwhile, Hardy would go on to win the Rumble (maybe after being attacked beforehand again if you want to make it an epic underdog win >_>). Kozlov faces him at No Way Out with his shot on the line, but Hardy wins and defeats Edge for the title at Wrestlemania!!!

Shawn Michaels vs John Morrison
This would be a great way to give Morrison a rub. Defeating Michaels in his home state. The build has already started with the tag matches, Morrison using Michaels' moves etc. It would be awesome if this led to a Wrestlemania match. We know that HBK always produces the goods at Mania, and this would probably be Morrison's best WWE match and the start of a big push.
John Cena vs Batista
I am not sure how I would book this. I personally would have had Cena defeat Batista for the title instead of Jericho, so then Wrestlemania could be the decider. Either way, I would try to fit in a Cena/Batista match before this so Cena could pull it back to 1-1. Orton could win the title from Cena thanks to Batista, and we are left with a non title grudge match decider at Wrestlemania ~!
The problem with this is, who would Orton face now that they've fucked Punk up? I can't think right now... but if I had been booking, Punk would be credible. <,<
Undertaker vs Triple H
I know it should be about new guys, but having these two face each other in a non title match makes perfect sense. If there is one guy who could end the streak in the eyes of most fans (both marks and 'smarks') then it is Triple H. This would create an epic atmosphere for this battle.
Melina vs Mickie James - Womens Title
Assuming Melina has already won the title from Beth (and I don't see how they can hold it off too long, so she will have) I would book an angle with Mickie being happy for Melina etc, before getting all jealous of Melina being in the spotlight and turning on her, leading to this.
Ok there are some of mine, still a lot of work to do to create a full card. Agree/disagree? Any suggestions of your own?

First, I'd want Jeff Hardy as far removed from any world title picture.
Second, I'd have Undertaker v. HBK because it'd be the match to determine who indeed is "Mr. WrestleMania." Though, the storyline for the Michaels-Morrison match would be impressive if told right.
Third, Cena-Batista II should be saved for WrestleMania XXV, if WWE's smart.
Fourth, Mr. Kennedy v. "The Rated R Superstar" Edge for the WWE Championship after Mr. Kennedy shocks the world winning the Royal Rumble. Unlike his Money In The Bank, he doesn't defend it like a title and bides his time to face the man who stole his opportunity to be a world champion.

I actually like some of your ideas to be honest, except for Batista vs Cena.

But they produced a very good match at Summerslam and it wasn't even long. On that stage, given time, they could produce an amazing match, and if you saw RAW, which you did, you will be even more optimistic (but don't mention what actually happened yet as people haven't seen it). Then there is the fact that it is undoubtedly a huge match with a big Wrestlemania feel.

Yeah good idea. Lets not push him even though the crowd love him. Sounds like a good way to run a business. Yeah but why? Cena vs Batista II is too predictable. They wouldn't have Tista go 2-0.

He is overrated, but I think a lot of the newer guys are. I think he deserves a push but not so quickly. He has been out for too long and hasn't had nearly enough build to be anywhere near a Wrestlemania World Title match, even if he returned on time.

personal even though can't believe i am going to say this. a good wrestling match for women's title or not. Natalya vs The Glamazon. doubt it would happen still would be good to see
if ted is back. something like priceless (tag champs) vs Primo and Carlito.
