At Unforgiven, all three World titles will be contested in an unprecedented way. Following suit in regards to the decrees made by the General Managers of Raw and SmackDown, on ECW, GM Theodore Long announced that the crown jewel of the Land of the Extreme will be up for grabs in an ECW Championship Scramble Match. The unique match will pit ECW Champion Mark Henry, Matt Hardy, The Miz, Chavo Guerrero and Finlay against each other.
Matt Hardy will be a veritable force in this match where the only way to win is to refuse defeat. After being cheated out of two championship matches by the World’s Strongest Man and his associate, WWE Hall of Famer Tony Atlas, Hardy refused to be denied, qualifying for his third title opportunity in a row with a victory over John Morrison. Could the third time be a charm for the tenacious Hardy?
No one should discount The Miz, however. The former WWE Tag Team Champion has shown that he is ready to do whatever it takes to come out on top – including overcoming the incomparable aerial assault of Evan Bourne. Has the self-proclaimed “Chick Magnet’s” time finally come to claim ECW gold?
Chavo Guerrero is sure to bring everything he has to Unforgiven, including his supreme family legacy. After overcoming ECW Original Tommy Dreamer, the self-proclaimed “Mexican Warrior” is ready to make war once again in his quest to become the Extreme champion.
Finlay also qualified for the Scramble Match by settling a personal score with Mike Knox. And, since the fierce style of a Championship Scramble Match suggests a distinct advantage for a man who loves to fight, Irish eyes could definitely be smiling on the Belfast Brawler.
The rules for the pay-per-view match are simple. There will be a 20-minute time limit. Two randomly selected participants will start the match, with a new challenger entering every five minutes. If a Superstar scores a pinfall or submission on any other Superstar in the match, he is declared the "interim" champion for match purposes (and is not officially recognized as champion in the title history). He holds that title until another Superstar scores a subsequent pinfall or submission on any other Superstar. The last Superstar to earn a pinfall or submission within the time limit will be officially declared the ECW Champion.
Even with his amazing strength, ruthless viciousness, and the effective extra push provided by Atlas, such overwhelming stipulations stack the odds heavy against the World’s Strongest Champion. Will Mark Henry be able to maintain his dominance and survive the onslaught of such dangerous challengers, all of who seem to be custom-made for the mayhem that will undoubtedly accompany the ECW Championship Scramble Match?
The stakes are high, the challenge is great, and consequences will be Unforgiven. Catch the event live, Sunday, Sept. 7, only on pay-per-view.

1. Mark Henry retains the title, then feud with Matt again and have a match at No Mercy where Hardy wins the ECW Championship.
or
2. Matt Hardy wins the ECW Championship at Unforgiven. And then at No Mercy, Matt will go up against Mark Henry with the ECW Championship on the line, and lose it to Henry.

Welll I can see this being a very boring match, as much as I love watching ECW. It is going to be boring with Henry dominating from the beginning. As far as the winner goes, I say Matt Hardy partly because of the never say die attitude. At one point I see Miz taking the title for the win aand then walking away from the match.
My Order of Entrants:
1: Henry
2: Hardy
3: Finlay
4: Chavo
5: Miz
I actually hope Finlay wins the championship. Then go on to fued with Matt hardy and Mark Henry. It would be a solid fued and very entertaining. Having Matt get a victory over Mark henry for the title is way to unbelievable for me.
