I was thinking that ECW really needs another title due to the amount of mid carders they posses. Then, I also noticed most of the Cruiserweight Wrestlers are on the Smackdown and ECW brand.
So my question is, do you think ECW could work well with a Cruiserweight Title with such stars like Bourne, Delaney, Chavo, and even Hornswoggle on ECW, along with Kendrick, Wang Yang, Dykstra, Funaki, Super Crazy and a returning Gregory Helms?
There's still a talent exchange, but ECW wouldn't need it. They have Morrison, The Miz, Bourne, Guerrero, and Delaney. I don't, however, think the cruisweright title would be oppropriate. It would only point out the size flaws of the ECW roster and make them less credible. If anything, then the European, Hardcore or TV titles would be the best option.

I know there's a talent exchange, but with the exception of with Bourne and Delaney, you're practically making another SD title, which they don't need.

I agree with Ken's opinion on the CW title. It puts a label on guys and makes them less credible so they can't make the transition to main eventer as easily. I wouldn't want it.
I also believe that ECW doesn't need another title in any way.

A Lightweight Championship would work better as it expands the weight limits and the style of wrestling is pretty much the same. Yes I'd like to see another Championship, but I hate Championships defined on a selective brand. I'd like the Championship to float between both brands and be defended on both Smackdown and ECW.
On ECW Right now, I can only think of like two main eventers. That's Matt Hardy and Mark Henry. There are a ton of wrestlers on ECW who have the potential to be main eventers on ECW, but they just haven't got the signal. Instead of making a cruiserweight title, I'd just start pushing more wrestlers to the main event scene. It keeps things fresh, and will only help the younger stars down the road.

TV Title gets my vote. It would be much better to see people like Bourne not just be shoved into a weight class when they have then potential to be more. Plus, Miz and others could really benefit from a midcard TV title.

No need for any title with a weight limit. This isn't UFC or Boxing where guys mostly stay in their division, and we don't need to further label the wrestlers as it is, so I'm against the idea.
And Flip, I could easily see Miz or Morrison feuding with Hardy or Finlay feuding with Henry as other main eventers.
