He was beaten by the reigning World Heavyweight Champion mere weeks ago. What has changed since that makes JBL think he can prevail in a title match against CM Punk at SummerSlam?
In a word: Arrogance.
The Longhorn Loudmouth has been squeaking by some impressive competition as of late. At The Great American Bash, JBL narrowly escaped with a victory over former WWE Champion John Cena in a brutal New York City Parking Lot Brawl.
Then, to earn his way into the title match, the media maven was forced to team with rival Chris Jericho against Punk. In a last second fluke, JBL quite literally fell into the win by toppling backward onto the Straightedge Superstar for the three-count.
Attaining his precious gold, however, will almost certainly not be as easy as he thinks. From the moment he cashed in his Money in the Bank contract, CM Punk has proven himself an admirable, determined and cunning champion. The Straightedge Superstar has twice defended against the likes of The Animal Batista, as well as JBL himself.
Will JBL once again be able to seize that which he holds so dear? And just how far is he willing to go? Or will CM Punk continue his seemingly improbable reign as your World Heavyweight Champion?

Lame. I'm already expecting this to be the worst title match on the card. They went from a surefire match of the night with Jericho vs Punk to another shitfest with JBL and Punk. I've enjoyed both of Jericho and Punk's matches together. JBL vs Punk on Raw last month was terrible.
As for who'll win, I don't think they'd waste their time on giving JBL yet another title reign. I see Cena or Batista winning the title in a 4 way at Unforgiven.

When you've got HHH vs Khali and Henry vs Matt, lol... this one looks to be the MOTN.... involving the world titles one, that is.

Its a World Heavyweight Title match on the 2nd biggest PPV of the year, I think it should be better than 'not as bad as people say'. It's guaranteed to be a bad or average match. Good would be surprising, and it has NO chance of being great.
None of the title matches will be the main event anyway. It'd be funny if the HIAC and Cena/Tista were the last 2 matches. Could happen.

Henry vs Matt will not be a bad match. It will probably be a short match, but that doesn't mean it's gonna suck. Mark Henry is underrated for a guy his size.

I think this is easily going to be the match of the pay-per-view next to Edge vs. Undertaker. I mean, Punk has been showing a lot more in the ring with facing Batista and even in the handicap match he had one hell of a showing. It just proves that all Punk needed was a little bit of showcasing time to do what he does best. I see Punk winning this one as it wouldn't look very good, booking wise, if he lost. He has been saying he needs to prove himself and this would be the time and the place where the WWE could do that. I still see him loosing the title in a triple threat match or in a match where the card is stacked against him. This is just a regular match, so he should be able to prevail. Not to mention Punk as champion is one of the only reasons I tune into the WWE anymore.
