Firstly, I'd like to say that Smackdown is already too crowded. With the draft, Smackdown got a large portion of the mid carders who most likely won't be World Title contenders. Now, we are having the re-debut of R-Truth and there are other wrestlers set to return.
Let's look at two wrestlers who are out on injuries: Kenny Dykstra and Gregory Helms. Both are mid carders, and they will remain mid carders. WWE could send them to other brands, but I highly doubt it. Big Daddy V might also be coming to Smackdown, and we are still waiting for Carlito to appear.
Do you believe that Smackdown is becoming too crowded? And they spread more wrestlers out?

Wht makes you highly dought that Kennuy or Gregory would be sent to either ECW or raw. They are so low in the system right now, no miantream fan would catch it.

As much as i'd like to see Helms in the IC division, I don't see him jumping ship to RAW, at hte moment nor do I see him going into the ECW. He has made a good name for himself on Smackdown and set himself up for good things if they book him right I hope to see Helms back and holding the US title some time soon.
Smackdown can afford to have more wrestlers than Raw because of the brand sharing. Carlito could be shown as being on the Smackdown roster, but the majority of his feuds could be played out on ECW. That the beauty of it all. Therefore the answer is no, there are not too many returns and debuts on Smackdown. Especially seeing as how the majority of the divas arent used and smackdown still uses a ton of lower card wrestlers, who are going nowhere, to fill up the card.
Dykstra sucks. He isn't even injured anymore. The WWE just isn't using him and that is not an effect of the draft. He was doing dark matches prior to that.
And to answer the question, no, Smackdown is not too crowded for reasons already stated:Brand sharing. ECW has a very small roster. They only had like 20 wrestlers being used at the draft and the best ones ended up being drafted. With the brand sharing, they are able to replace what they lost and use what they still have to better Smackdown. If they build up midcard feuds, they will become the A-show.
Helms I don't expect to be a low-card wrestler when he gets back. I could see him mid-card at the very least. A feud on RAW with Kofi could be quite good too.

It could be quite good, but what makes you think WWE has enough confidence in him? From what I have heard, he had a ton of backstage heat on him. He will either be in the lower mid-card role or be released.
I've not heard any rumors of him having heat and before he got hurt he was either a champion of some sort or feuding with guys like Matt Hardy. Plus WWE kept him this entire run of injuries, so they may see something in him.

if some hair transplant dink, living off of his last name like Chavo can be ECW champion, then Gregory Helms could be a mid card at the very least. I kind of wish Hurricane would come back though To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 20 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.
