We all know there are certain stars that have great potential they may never reach because they have a weak finisher.
To me it's got to be Mark Henry's "Worlds Strongest Slam", he has been doing that for years, that move is just a modified Frontward Slam with a 400 pounder landing on you.

I'd change John Cena's F-U it just looks so weak for when he's slaming Triple H or any slamming any other superstars to the mat, it looks impressive when he picks up a big guy but the impact is really weak.
The vast majority of finishers rely on the selling of the wrestler taking the move. I'm sure if I was the shoulders of a guy the size of Cena then thrown to the floor I'd be pretty hurt. If it looks crap it's more so because it isn't sold well enough, imo.

In my opinion a good finisher can really help a guy though. For example Orton's RKO. Sure it relies on the selling, but I am just saying that a finisher can be very important. I certainly like Orton more because the RKO looks so impressive.
I would say though that what a finisher looks like is more important than how believable it is. Ideally you would have both of course. Then there are other factors, such as whether it can be hit out of nowhere. That can be a big asset to matches, such as HBKs Sweet Chin Music and Orton's aforementioned RKO.
Someone who needs a new finisher? Hmm. I would agree with Cena provided he turns heel. It would make more sense for him to suddenly start using a different finisher after a big change like that, and he could have a more 'heelish' finishing move which relies on intelligence rather than strength for example.
