Maybe GREAT but I think the PPV could be good depending on the undercard. I haven't seen SD yet but I'll assume its Edge/Batista which will be decent, as should Cena/HHH (could be very good but.. bleh. Bores me kinda).

I'd mark if Jeff was somehow involved in the HBK/Y2J feud somehow, since he'd want the IC title.

But I dunno. He's gotta be involved in some way shape or form though. Special referee, just.... something since he's so over.
