I don't think any would disagree that ECW hasn't got a lot of star power. Their top guys right now would be Chavo and Punk, but no other top faces next to Punk. With the draft possibly coming soon, it looks like Punk may be moving and I can't see anyone on the ECW taking the top face position. So who would you like to see come to ECW?
I would really like to see Matt Hardy come over to ECW. I think he would be a great surpise in the ECW battle royal and is the best guy to beat Chavo. Hardy hasn't really feuded with any of the guys on ECW so guys like Burke can have a main event feud again.

Jeff Hardy OR Rey Mysterio via the Battle Royal. Supposing Rey Mysterio's injury was exaggerated, I would love for him to return in and win the ECW Battle Royal then the ECW title. For a few weeks leading up to the draft Punk and Rey can make a nice team, then when Punk leaves ECW has star power.

2 Lower level faces who can still be used and Kenny who can be used.
I feel John Morrison, maybe the Miz, and Chavo should be moved from ECW permanently and the ECW/SD trade should be ENDED.

Jeff Hardy and Mr Kennedy would help ECW's ratings, and would give some credibility to the ECW title. They are also more likely to get a push there then on RAW. Super Crazy would be a good addition; he is very over and entertaining, but moved to RAW and did nothing but job. Moving Charlie Haas would be good for him so he could get a push, but I wouldn't want to have him and Benjamin become the World's Greatest Tag Team again. I really like their team, but I think Haas would just hold Benjamin down, which would be a shame since he's finally getting a push. I also hope ECW gives Steven Richards a push! It looked like he was going to get one at first, but getting destroyed by Khali and feuding with Mike Knox doesn't really count as a push.

Super Crazy would be a good edition. I wouldn't put Matt Hardy there because I think it would be a step backwards at this point, unless they're going to start making ECW credible again.
That is why I think Rey Mysterio. He is unlikely to win the WHC again and he has feuded with near everybody on Smackdown. Moving to ECW would give him a new place to be, thus fresh environment, fresh feuds, and to hold the top tier championship of that brand. All the while he'll add prestige to the championship, to the brand, and perhaps increase its ratings.
