Adamle is definitely doing better in the GM role than as an announcer, although that isn't saying much.
He's nothing spectacular but seems to be a little clued up on how to react when he's supposed to, specifically how he dealt with Kane this past Monday. By that I mean at least he didn't laugh histerically when Kane pulled out Mysterio's mask...he actually looked like he knew who mysterio was.
I wouldn't say he sucks but he better pull out all the stops in the future, make some good stipulations and build up rivalries well.

I'll say he's doing semi-good. He hasn't really impressed me so far but he is just starting out, so I'll wait and see. He just better step his game up alot more
But I will agree with aaron that he is better as a GM than he ever was as an announcer. just not by much though
I'm not going to say he all out sucks. Not just yet. Going from commentary to GM to his performance last RAW with Kane has been a VAST improvement on his part. And by far that segment has been his best. At the same time, the last two shows haven't not been that good, but like Jay pointed out, we haven't really seen anything yet.

I think he's done alright from what I've saw of him. In the promo with Kane/Rey's mask, I thought he was a very good speaker as it was the first thing I've really ever saw him do, so I can't complain. It's just the WWE trying to milk him for all he's worth really.
