Yes, when it comes to World Wrestling Entertainment, I'm certainly objective. When a show is solid, I'll tell you so.. when it sucks, I'll tell you so.. and this week's show was HORRIBLE.

Coming off One Night Stand, which was a definite success.. They had a real chance to move forward here, create some interesting new angles, and head into the draft at the end of the month. So what did they do? nothing.

Vince's speech about elitists and the million dollar giveaway made for some of the worst (and sad) television I've seen in a long time.

Jericho? What was he doing? Having second thoughts about hitting HBK is one thing, but not bashing JBL over the skull just a couple months after the same man tried to end his career? wow.. I hope HBK returns next week so we can get this thing back on track.

The Kennedy/Burchill stuff is just odd. I'm liking Kennedy as a face right now, his promos have been solid, but why didn't they build up Burchill a little more if they were going to turn this into a legitimate story?

The main event picture is just God awful. It doesn't matter that Orton was injured at ONS, because nobody wanted to see him vs. HHH again, anyway.. but what do they do? Set up Cena vs. The Game after a clean win over Hardy. BIG mistake. Way too soon for these two to be going at it again, and I'm positive Triple H will be receiving the clen win what with Cena making him tap at Wrestlemania a couple years back. We need someone new in the main event on RAW.. like yesterday.

Speaking of Cena, the angle with Mickie James is turning into pure shit. It started off well, but the last two nights they are claiming to be friends but going over the top with sexual innuendo? Ok, so what's the point, then? What are we trying to accomplish here?

The night wasn't all bad for Mickie. She was awesome in the diva tag match and looked EXTREMELY tasty while she was out there. All the women wrestled well.. probably the best match of the night outside of Hardy/Cena, even though that didn't interest me as much..

Murdoch and Cade wrestled and you could have sworn it was an empty arena match. Why did they have these two continue their feud after not doing anything with either guy over the last couple weeks? Who the fuck even knows why they broke up? Nobody is reminding the viewer. What was up with their attire? Atrocious.

I did like Ted Dibiase Jr.'s little backstage promo. Hope they really do something with the kid.

All in all, this had to be one of the worst two or three RAWs of the year. Not looking good heading into the draft.

Yeah, I caught the little skit with Dibiase and it did have me intrigued. Seems like the kid has a good upside and i think as long as he can wrestle even just a little to start he can a very fine career. Also, since I missed most of it did they mention anything about Orton and Batista? That part at the ppv had me iinterested.. maybe someone could make a thread on it.

It was alright, the main event scene really is a mess. They're in desperate need of a draft ASAP, both shows are pretty stale.

It's been WWE's problem of late.. Every time they string together a few solid shows or a good PPV.. either someone gets injured, someone gets suspended, the writers push an angle too quickly instead of letting it develop a slow build, or they forget what they're doing with an angle entirely and lose everyone..

A draft might help.. but I've always seen that as a short term fix. Like a.. few month fix.. Then we're back to where we were.

I cannot for the life of me figure out this new crop of writers. They do some fantastic things... often times the continuity is great, they might even bring up something that happened ten years ago.. Fast-forward to the next show and it feels like a 10-year old wrote it.

Maybe they have too many cooks in the kitchen?

When I read Blitzs title I couldnt help but think "Yup..........."

It was brutally boring. Only bright spots were the Divas match (which its nice to see they took TNA and Trishs comments seriously..at least it seems) and Santino Marella. How freaking GOLD is that guy?

The Cena Mickie angle can be summed up in one word.

I agree. And it was pretty sad, the 20 second DiBiase promo was the best part of a 2-hour show. The only other part that was watchable was Cena vs. Hardy. And also, they should have waited until Summerslam to pull the trigger on Cena/ Big H. I mean they could have used JBL, Umaga, mr. Kennedy, Shawn Michaels, Chris Jericho, or god forbid Jeff Hardy. Sometimes I think WWE is trying to lose ratings, but at least Vince Russo isn't booking. Ugh.

I totally agree.. I want to see them stick a hundred dollar bill in Holly's mouth as he lay motionless on the canvas.

The main event scene on RAW couldn't be worse..unless you time warped back to 1995 and gave me Diesel/Mabel.
