Raw was decent really. I mean it will miss Orton for however long hes out for, because he is a great heel. However i do think that it can be better. Like has already been mentioned, the dialogue between Jeff/HHH and Cena wasnt great, for which Jeff Hardy should be blamed because he is horrible on the mic, and really Vince saved it all from going south quickly.

It's not that I hate Cena or Triple H (ask anyone, I'm the biggest HHH mark there is).. and no, I don't have an answer to the main event scene that would be considered brilliant on any level.

I'm tired of the same act. Yeah.. Cena and Triple H haven't wrestled one on one since Mania 22.. but that's not my point. They've both been in the main event scene too long for my liking and they've been AROUND one another.. They were the last two at the Rumble. They were in the triple threat at mania, and the fatal fourway at Backlash. I want to see someone new.

Actually, if it were up to me.. I probably would go with a JBL/Triple H storyline. I would have put Cena on the shelf for a few weeks because I would have had JBL brutally attack him after the first blood match. I would have had Mickie James come out and show her developing care for Cena (instead of the shaky backstage dialog) and had JBL push her around as well.. this would have set up a better gimmick match for them down the road..

But in the meantime, I would have JBL challenge for the title because we've never seen him and Triple H really go at it.. Their promos could be gold. Remember back to Mania 21? Their little backstage segment? something like that..

I love the Jericho/HBK/Batista feud but I didn't comment on it because they didn't really do anything with it on this past week's RAW.

I think the Batista/Jericho/HBK feud has been turned into a HBK/Jericho feud seeing as Batista has an oppertunity at the World Title this past Smackdown.

The WWE is making Mickie James look like a slut. She is the Womens Champion and they are draining the credibility of the title, something that should be defended. It is making us think that Beth Pheonix is still Champion, just goes to show you that the WWE don't care about the credibility of the Women's Title.

I like JBL. Though he is a hit or miss on the mic and he is incosistent in the ring. But once you put him on a gimmick match, he can brawl all he wants and that is my preferrence. I feud with Triple H(another brawler) can do wonders. His feud with John Cena was decent but the First Blood match was excellent in my opinion. Maybe because I like that two brawlers go at it with no restrictions.

But seeing as you are sick and tired of Cena in the Main Event, sure lets try Jeff Hardy and give him a title shot after he was sent out of suspension. Sure lets give Orton a shot at the WWE Championship and make the already stale feud more stale. Sure lets give Hardcore Holly a shot by breaking his neck and giving him a shot one year later. Saying that, John Cena is the best choice for an opponent. The Draft can bring out competators and hopefully more challengers to each respective title.

And that is the point why they are around each other, the WWE would want to tease a return match between both men. Have you ever noticed that they haven't faced since Wrestlemania? Triple H/Cena/Orton at WM 23, Cena/HHH at the Rumble, Cena/HHH/JBL/Orton at Backlash these are all teases for a return match. The WWE is trying to build up a background between HHH/Cena so their culmination match can have already good build up. Easily a good match on paper in my opinion.

Well, I don't necessarily agree with that. Even if she and Cena are together now or whatever the hell they are doing with this storyline (what has turned into a bad storyline), she's still 28-years old and allowed to have a personal life, isn't she? She wasn't on the PPV where Beth and Melina had a good "I Quit" Match, but why should every women's match be for the championship? Isn't it good to have the other fight for the #1 contender and what not? Develop some other rivalries? Plus, she was on RAW in a tag match and put on an awesome show once she received the hot tag. The crowd was hyped for her and the match established Katie Lea.

As for Triple H and Cena. First, I realize they are teasing a return match. Their first match will probably end in a no contest or some crap and we'll get the real thing at SummerSlam. I'm just tired of seeing both of them near one another.. one-on-one or not..

No, I wouldn't have put Jeff Hardy back in the main event. I suggested JBL and you seem to think that'd be a solid rivalry..

I would have also considered Umaga but he's been losing an awful lot of late.

I mean Mickie James and Trevour? Mickie James and John Cena? It was a good decision for the WWE to put the Women's Highlight to Beth and Melina, something that wasen't focused on the Women's Title for god knows how long. The Women's Title should be defended more often and not only on PPV's. I have a feeling that it will become like the Cruiserweight Title but I doubt it as the Divas bring in perverted fans for Vince.

JBL/HHH can be a hit and miss. JBL should get to the gym and train more to take off that ring dust. I liked him before because his promos were almost 100 percent accurate week in week out. Solid feud at least until the draft to bring in some competition.

I hate it when Title Matches end with DQ's or Count-Outs. WWE should book HHH/Cena like Austin/Angle at 2001, it did end at a DQ win but it was one hell of a match and it kept the feud fresh.

WWE is always like that with Title Match feuds.

Demand for a match -> Match but ends in DQ -> Rematch in a Gimmick Match -> Ends the feud with an even bigger Gimmick Match.

Example: Randy Orton vs Triple H.

So yeah, it looks good on paper because of the background but hopefully, the WWE would book the feud right at least enough for people to bring interest in it.

Edit: The WWE will never give Umaga anything if they don't start now. He has been jobbing on PPV's and the only reason why he is on PPV's is to job to the big shots. Let him hold the IC Title and let him defend it like the good ol' days.

I don't know.. we haven't been having the non-wrestler divas involved in any matches of late.. I think the WWE might finally be taking the women's division a little more serious.. maybe because TNA has proved that solid women's wrestling can bring in the viewers.

Mickie and Cena. Kill it off. Never in the whole of humanity have two people lacked any charisma at all with each other lilke these two. Think back to the Trish/Jericho angle. How much charisma was there? Then think back to this cheesefest resplendant with it's toilet humour, it's panties humour and it's liquid viagra humour. Chalk and cheese. This is horrendous and doing nobody any favours.

Triple H and Cena. It's not even as if these two have wrestled each other a huge amount, but damn, this feud feels old and stale RIGHT AT THE FRIKKIN BEGINNING. Maybe it's because both guys have been in and around the top spot on this show for so long. This just feels so lacklustre and totally not fresh at all.

Stone Cold Ken Kennedy. This guy just is making me laugh at how much he wants to be Stone Cold Steve Austin. He's even dropping Austin's lines in now and trying to brawl like his hero! Watch the way he goes at Burchill.

Diva match was pretty good apart from the lame finish. Katie looked good in there.

WWE. Please end this crappy $1m shittola immediately. Vince is out there begging fans to comeback to him on live TV making himself look like the biggest loser ever. How is this going to make fans come back if they've already walked away from the show? This must be demoralising to the wrestlers who have been getting lo-balled on their deals for the last two or three years and now Vince is saying "I'm just going to give money away to nobodies now, but you still have to pay your hotel fares, car hire and everything else and I'm going to stiff you blind now go out there and break your collarbones for me!" This whole thing is retarded and not at all entertaining. Tell you what Vince, if I want a $1m I will either (a) play a lottery card or (b) try to go on "Millionaire". If I'm not watching a TV show, for whatever reason, and I hear the TV show basically saying, we're not going to try and improve our writing or the show, but instead we are going to enter you in a millions to one raffle, I still am not going to want to watch that show, especially a wrestling show that is notorious for lying about money based "facts" (e.g the amount Floyd got at Mania, the amount paid to the winner of Tough Enough). Just get to the core of the problem and write a better show and stop with this annual "flipout" Vince where you try and grab hold of things by doing something stupid to improve ratings. Necrophilia didn't do it, your own murder didn't do it, having a bastard midget story didn't do it.....and this won't either.....just write a better show doofus.

Though I really don't want to see HHH/Cena I will say it's one of the better choice for the hole they've put themselves in. However, the execution of the setup could have been done far better.

Jeff/Cena and Jeff/HHH for the actual title has never been done before while Cena/HHH has been. I don't really know how they're going to build up HHH/Cena, but w/e. They could have had Jeff and Cena do a small feud. A series of matches, oneupmanships in the weeks leading up to NoC. They could have done spots on ECW and SD also if they needed more depth. Maybe have the final match on SD to make it look like a shocker or something. Did something else, I don't know.

And the only thing uglier than the beating I'm gonna give Edge at Night of Champions is the woman he's marrying. OWNAGE!

RAW Always be awful to me after week after week but the only thing I like about Raw was vince showing that $Millions dollars in that giveway haha.
