Yeah i'm tired of HHH he is dull and boring in the ring and has made Raw boring. He isn't the same HHH we seen years ago he is boring and old now its time for a new King.

First of all I just want to say that I am not a big fan of Triple H not to say I have always hated him, 1998-2001 I thought he was the best heel in WWE and probably the best of all time. I really enjoyed his ongoing feud with The Rock and his brutal matches with Cactus Jack and his other matches with Austin. I really enjoyed his work back then. But in 2002 I really started to hate him I suppose due to him using politics to get what he wants. And I have noticed that I am not alone in this as I have seen many others think the same. But lately I have been thinking maybe having Triple H as champion isn't the worst thing to happen and maybe he doesn't deserve the amount of criticism he gets ??

You could look at this and think yes he does deserve it, because ever since marrying into the McMahon family it virtually means he can do what he wants and in his promos say what he wants about other peoples personal life and be untouchable. And it also means if he doesn't want to lose to a certain person then he doesn't have to, so he gets alot of freedom within WWE. And with this freedom that he gets it also means that whenever he wants to be champion he can be champion, he gets some pull of what goes on backstage. For example if Triple H doesn't like anybody he could very well decrease a push they have going for them, or make sure that they don't get higher up the ladder than Triple H is. Ultimately making Triple H look like the better wrestler, I suppose you could call that being very greedy always wanting to be at the top of the ladder not wanting to give other people that you don't like chances.

I always try to see both sides of things like this, so on the other hand maybe Triple H doesn't deserve all the crap he gets from everyone. And alot lately I have been enjoying his promos more than anyone elses. And I have been really getting into his matches, I know alot of people seem to think that Triple H being WWE champion could be the worst possible thing to happen. And I once thought this but really he isn't all that bad as a champion, much better than Orton who I never heard a bad word said about him. Triple H's promos are better his matches are better as well and he actually has a personality. It seems alot of Internet wrestling fans seem to find someone that they all turn against, and it seems the main guy of that in the past few years has been Triple H. But maybe Triple H doesn't deserve all the crap he gets being thought of as an awful person, I am more guilty than anyone for thinking this but overall he isn't all that bad.

Triple H also seems to get a bad rep for burying alot of wrestlers like Chris Jericho (which is why I hated him in the first place), but he has also made stars and his matches with the younger wrestlers have really elevated the young wrestlers into the main event scene, 3 wrestlers that come to mind Randy Orton, John Cena and Batista. Triple H's feuds and matches with these 3 really made them big stars.

So what do you think does Triple H deserve all the crticism he gets for being a politician and awful human being, or doesnn't he deserve it and over all peoples thoughts towards him are a little harsh and at some times wrong??

Goddamn. There is a Triple H thread posted like every other day. This thread is just going to get the exact same arguments that have been exhausted in the other threads.

No, I don't think he gets too much criticism. Of all people, he should be the one subjectable to the most scrutiny just because of who he is and where he is in his career. Some people seem to turn a blind eye to his shortcomings, while others hype them too much and ignore the good that he's done for WWE, but overall, I think the criticism has been fair.

Just for the record I haven't been here in for awhile only came back a few days ago. So tell me please how am I supposed to know about the other Triple H threads posted? I don't usually go through all the topics that have ever been posted on a forum that I join so how does a member that has been inactive for awhile know about what has been posted.

Yeh I look around and haven't seen many Triple H topics and if I have, then they are going in different directions usually I see people bitching about Triple H my one is asking whether he gets to much criticism so they are fairly different. although I wasn't aware that searching for Triple H topics was a must do, well thanks I will certainly consider it in the future.

I wasn't trying to be a pain, and I'd prefer NOT to get any farther off topic, I'm just saying that in plain view on the first page of the index of this section, there are two other HHH threads. There doesn't need to be a new thread posted every time someone has a comment on HHH. These are just general comments on HHH's career, not specific ones about any current storyline. You aren't saying anything vastly different from what was being said in other threads.

I'll try to keep this short because we've gone over this a lot lately..

No, I don't believe the criticism is fair. I believe a lot of the wrestlers that he supposedly "buried" were not truly main event level talent or they had other, more promising opportunities beforehand that were squandered away but other wrestlers and management. He has made stars out of a lot of wrestlers, he has put over more guys than any other person that's ever been in a similar position.

That's not to say he hasn't made some mistakes.. and I do believe his face turn is stale. HHH is best when he's working heel and spitting on the mic. His matches aren't as good now as they once were.. and he does not get enough credit for some of the classic matches he's put on.
