Re: interesting: list of talent signed by the WWE when WCW was bought

Look at them now ...

WCW stars signed by WWF(E):

Mike Awesome - Was around for a few matches, maybe TNA? Now he's dead.
Hugh Morrus - Still around in the back isn't he?
Diamond Dallas Page - Had an idiot storyline, then vanished.
Booker T - Still kickin', and got what he deserved from the company.
Lance Storm - Was around for a while then retired ..?
Chavo Guerrero Jr. - Still kickin'.
Shawn Stasiak - Is bad.
Johnny the Bull - Don't think he was around long.
The next three were members of 3Count ... but that was never used in WWE:
Shane Helms - Hurricane / Gregory.
Shannon Moore - Fucked around, went to TNA, now back .. doing nothing.
Evan Karagias - Never once saw him on WWE tv.
Chuck Palumbo - Loved him, but he was gone years ago.
Sean O'Haire - Same as above.
Mike Sanders - Not too sure who this guy is. Think he was a Natural Born Thriller tho'.
Mark Jindrak - Fits in with Palumbo and O'Haire.
Elix Skipper - PrimeTime.
Kwee Wee - Why?
Lash LeRoux - Liked the guy, but was never used.
The Wall - comes tumbling down ... no, I have no idea what happened to this guy. Guess he truly was "AWOL" hah.
Kaz Hayashi - TNA?
Jamie Knoble - Used, gone, and back again.
Yun Yang - Is this Jimmy Wang?
Stacey Keibler - I'd bang her.
Reno - Actually liked this guy too, minus the hair, but he was never used by WWE.
Jason Jett - Yeah I don't really remember him either.
Kid Romeo - TNA?
Billy Kidman - Should still be working.
Torrie Wilson - Is smokin' and should still be with Kidman.
Chris Kanyon - Is gay. hahah God I always say that when ppl say their names and pause, but now it actually works hah.
Bryan Clark -
Brian Adams - Kronik may have lasted 2 months.

WCW Under Time Warner Contract:

Goldberg - Eventually came over to the "other side" for a run, now nothing.
Ric Flair - Natch .... he'll never leave us.
The Cat Ernest Miller - He was on SD! for a bit wasn't he?
Lex Luger - Hahah
Sid Vicious - No idea what happened.
Rick Steiner - Same.
Scott Steiner - Is an idiot and can't have one match without fucking up. TNA got the sloppiest of sloppy seconds with this one.
Dustin Rhodes - Gooooooooldust ... is doing nothing.
Kevin Nash - I actually wish he was still with WWE.
Konnan - LAX
Jeff Jarrett - Eric's secret friend.
Bam Bam Bigelow - Died a few months ago.
Alex Wright - Hmmm I remember him, but no idea what happened.
Tony Schiavone - Is ugly.
Big Vito - Dress'.
Shane Douglas - TNA backstage dude.
Road Warrior Animal - Gave us all a terrible memory in his last run.

Almost looks like some of the guys who didn't get a WWE contract right away actually had a better career than half the guys that did get one! Although, there's only a handful of guys still around the WWE, and most of them aren't even on TV anywhere anymore. Too bad. I loved the NBT and could have been huge in WWE.
