As reported earlier, many fans watching the "WWE vs. ECW Head to Head" special overseas in the UK lost the feed just three minutes into the show. The feed didn't return until well into the show. This caused many to be confused when they saw Randy Orton sporting a RAW t-shirt during the 20 Man WWE vs. ECW Battle Royal. For those who didn't see the segment between Kurt Angle and Randy Orton, Orton made it clear that his "contract" with SmackDown has expired and he will now be appearing for the RAW brand. We had a lot of e-mails on this so we thought we should clarify this on the site.

Another thing many found confusing on the "WWE vs. ECW Head to Head" special last night was Nunzio being part of Team ECW. There was never a storyline explanation given by WWE about Nunzio leaving SmackDown and joining the ECW brand. Of course, Nunzio worked the ECW One Night Stand PPV last year with The FBI as his former Little Guido character. It is possible WWE could be explaining this soon or it will be something else that falls through the cracks storyline wise. (Thanks to MTate67539 for sending word about this)

it's great news for raw and the worst news SD! could have got. they have lost angle,JBL and even taker is off now. rey will be out soon as well, as happy as i am to see randy on raw a good business man would have put him on SD!

i agree with jay, sd is now down three of their top guys, unless someone big is coming from raw, vince seems to want to get rid of sd.

Perhaps Kane could make a move across with the lack of talent on SmackDown but if he did show up I think it'd be more likely to be as a face, teaming with Taker perhaps.

And as they need heels more than faces I'm thinking Batista may return as a heel but then again he's so over as a face that may be unlikely for a while, but then he could have a heel turn in a while.

With the lack of heels at least Booker T should get a stronger push to the main event and I personally would like to see that. Unfortunately it means Henry and Khali may have to play big parts. Henry perhaps could work as one of the top heels for a while as he definitely draws heat from the crowd.

Of course Kennedy can remain a a successful tweener and hopefully get a push with his return but as he is pretty popular he wouldn't be able to truly play the part of a heel.

With that all said with JBL back on SmackDown, alright only as commentator, but perhaps he'll still cut the odd promo, which will be pleasing. And I'm going to guess he'll be back in the ring eventually meaning SmackDown will truly have their top heel back.

The only other option would be for Benoit to return as a heel but he probably won't be returning anytime soon and it would be a terrible decision to play him off as a heel so that's him out.

Personally that's about all the potential cadidates I can see, Finlay and Regal are only really worthy being Booker's little henchmen and they won't be able to be top heels. So I see Booker as the main man on SmackDown now.

As for Randy on RAW, perhaps he'll join up with McMahon and feud with Triple H and HBK or something. Killing the Legend of DX or something and if not then I guess just stick him in the title hunt but the bad news about his move to RAW is with another top heel perhaps Cena won't make his long awaited heel turn as I so badly want. Cena can play a pretty damn good heel as he proved in his eaerly career but we can still hope he'll turn heel sometime soon.
