Tribute to the Troops

I was really impressed with the card for tribute to the troops. Alot of fresh matches or matches not seen for a while on TV before.

Undertaker Vs Nitro
Umaga Vs Jeff Hardy
Shelton Benjamin Vs CM Punk
John Cena Vs Edge
Lashley Vs Hardcore Holly

Really good card in my humble opinion, I enjoyed the show.

I thought its a great thing that the WWE does (which unfortunetly is an annual event now), but the show is extremely missable in my eyes.

I saw it as nothing more than a glorified house show for the viewers at home card wise, but again..........it wasnt for us.

Good work WWE. Hopefully this was the last year we have to see a show like that though.

I agree totally missable .... but the booking (apart from the masterlock section) didnt insult the fans - clean finishes etc.

It would be nice to see some fresh matches and good wrestling rather than filler material of a necrophiliac butcher dating Torrie Wilsons mothers hand that came out of Vinces ass when Jim Ross was kissing it because Kane lived in Lapland!!!

In my opinion good matches and less "filler" is for me.

I see what you are saying.

Soooooooooooo many fans would prefer that there only be like 5-10 non finishes a year let alone that many on one PPV haha, but Vince has to appease to his wrasslers bitching and moaning about looking bad I reckon as well as his own insecurities about his guys looking weak.

I always thought it was funny and kinda ironic that someone considered one of the greats of all time in The Rock actually lost quite a bit CLEAN TOO and the fans gobble up his stuff like its going out of style some 3-4 years later.

Someday they will get it.

i dont think this should be on tv. its supposed to be for the troops not the people at home, so other than income wwe would get their is no need for it. it doesnt advance any storylines so it is useless to the people who watch every week.

They have used this as their end of year show, so it's either this or a lousy "Best of RAW".

It is nice though to see troops having a good time for a change. I didnt mind the premise.
