That doesn't mean he is gonna wrestle. Bret Hart had orginally signed a 20 year contract with the understanding that he would wrestle a few more years and the rest of it would be in a backstage role.

Visit and shop for video games at my Amazon-based store, also get discounted HD DVDs while they last.

bret signed a 20 year deal in 95/96. vince payed off some of the remainder in 97, he claimed he was in financial difficutly and couldent afford the contract. the lenght of a contract is only how long vince has before he needs to worry about losing someone.

One of the trademarks of Meltzer's dirt sheet is his controversial star-rating system for matches. In order to receive a five star rating send a check or money order payable to Dave Meltzer. Normal ROH discount applies. Mitsuharu Misawa is noted for giving a remarkable 85% of his annual earnings to Meltzer.

I dont think contracts mean too much in the wrestling business to be honest.

I think they are everything, especially now that TNA is legit.

Think about how many wrestlers are sick and tired of the WWE's road schedule and would LOVE to just work 4-6 times a month while being able to persue other avenues.

I think Vince is extremely loyal to a few that have been loyal to him. Why do you think Hardcore Holly and Viscera still have jobs? haha.

But back to HBK. Personally I thought some of his best stuff was recently with his Hulk Hogan fued, but I also really enjoy him in his current role as well. I totally understand why he is in DX, but I think they could have done it a little differently.

Perhaps they should have made it more of a stable type with say Nitro and Melina or someone of the likes, but this new role is a nice, much needed break for HBK.

I guess when the alternative is most likely him sitting backstage or at home its not too bad.

Ya,hes got tons of problems wit his body,He shouldnt even be wrestling rigt now,And yes he did do more 1 or 2 years go because he could handle it then now that his belifes have changed he doesnt say that much on the mic,And he doesnt put on classics matches on raw every week because hes loaded with injuries and needs to take time off to get them fixed
