We already knew that he was gonna lose the WWE Title at SNME, but yeah I see them ending his ECW Title reign sooner than planned for this. The man got caught with illegal drugs, having someone caught with drugs as their main champion is just asking for bad publicity.

As for Sabu, I can see him getting fired for this since he isn't as important as RVD is.

They still have 8-9 weeks left of ECW tv, if you kill off the ECW belt right now, they what do you do with that 8-9 weeks. I don't think ECW tv is going to die only because their ratings is one of the highest shows on Sci Fi.

Have Edge destroy the whole roster... and then say, I beat them all, what else can I do but Retire the ECW Championship. On his way to doing that he could put Angle 'out of action', thus allowing Angle to take a hiatus. Big Show could then reveal Vince McMahon only sent him over to ECW to destroy them from the inside ala Kurt Angle with WCW during the Invasion angle. This could pan out for the 8-9wks, and at least it gives a storyline reason for why ECW finishes.
