Hey, I like that idea if you really want to kill ECW but I'm pretty sure they want the ECW brand to succeed, if they wanted to kill it, I'm sure they wouldn't have planned house shows out of it.

I'm sure they wanted to make it a success, on paper it looked like it could succeed, however reality has shown that it won't be as big as it was. Mainly due to WWE's handeling of the brand.

I was always interested to see how WWE would work the end of ECW if the interest was not there after it's initial 12 week period.

With the storyline I posted earlier it gives a logical reason for ECW to discontinue and also makes Edge a MEGA heel, especially with hardcore ECW fans. Having him win the title at The ECW Arena tomorrow night is gunna make them riot.
