Biggest F ups ever?

What do you guys think, I mean Angle wise, not move wise. What storylines do think were the worst booked in history, that should have been home runs. I'll do my top 5 in a while, since I have a horrid memory, maybe some of your ideas will remind me of the ones I forgot from yesterday.

Here are just a few.
The ECW/WCW Alliance back in 2001. (gimme a break)
The return of the NwO in WWE.

I'm gonna avoid the one's mentioned.

Booker T resorting to voodoo magic to fight The Undertaker

Mabel winning the King of the Ring and becoming King Mable. Who's idea was that?

The Stacy Kiebler pregnancy storyline in WCW. What made it worse is that it never got a conclusion and we never found out who the father was(there are rumors that it was gonna be either Ric Flair or Vince Russo).

The WCW Humvee incident. Yet another angle that never played out and we never found out who the driver was.

I would not call this a big fuck up, but the Murdoch/Cade breakup where they were one day just seperate was pretty stupid. It killed any momentium (if any) they had.

The Warriors return against HHH that went nowhere
Everytime they've tried to establish Kane or Big Show (although right now they're not doing too bad with either guy)
Randy Orton beating Benoit for the title then losing to HHH, that could have been HUGE for Orton but they really really fucked that up.

I gatta' say Kane's 24 hour stint as champ. As much as I loved Stone Cold, I wish Kane would have kept it longer. Or again.
