How Much Longer For Funk???

really how much longer can this guy to this.. i just say on ecw.com they had him back stage getting his head stiched up and to look what he went though is nuts. i have been a funk fan for years but there has to be a time that he really has to call it quits, and it will be a sad day.

IMO I thought he was finished long ago......but I heard he had an excellent match last night, which was very brutal, and he did get a beating. Personally, I wish he would call it quits very soon before we all witness the end of him right in front of us on tv. He's a legend and he really has nothing else to prove, he should just take it easy and let everyone remember him for what he has done, and not for being an old man getting himself hurt and making us feel bad!!

Remember the Spyda, dude ..

I've been reading that Terry Funk doesn't intend to be full time with ECW and that's part of the reason he and Dreamer lost(since he is of the old school belief where the departing wrestler does the job for someone else).

Visit and shop for video games at my Amazon-based store, also get discounted HD DVDs while they last.

Vince should give him a check for $50,000 for last night and then tell him every year he stays out the indy rings untill he (and then his missus) pass away they will get a similar check, it would be a classy gesture to a legend who could impart great knowledge to the up and coming wrestlers of today and tommorrow.

I had a sig, once.

The ECW PPV would be a perfect way for him to retire but even if he got a huge sum, he'd prolly blow it and end up in TNA or god knows where and still continue to put his body on the line..

I'm not implying that he only does it for the cash though, I don't think he ever really wants to leave either..

i really do not think he would ever end up on tna but i just would like to see him go out in style. that means that he does not have to win his last match. but spyda had a hell of a point by saying we do not want to witness the end of him right on tv. i just do know how much more he can take.
