I don't think that's entirely true. I don't think he's going to be telling everyone that he was a little down because D-X's female followers kept him "up alllllll night" whilst crotch chopping.

He did, however, show in his Larry King/ Hollywood HBK segment that he knows how far to go and could pull this type of character off easily without having to resort to "everything" that he used to get up to.

This has been in the works for a while now, they won't put a stop to this only because WWE knows it will make them money over the long term and not to just one pay per view.
