Rep Power: 3  | ECW Talent Update WWE did consider moving Ken Kennedy from Smackdown to ECW to be a top heel, but with that idea having been dropped, Dave Meltzer reports that Test is being considered for a top program with Rob Van Dam. Developmental talents CM Punk and Mike Knox are names under consideration for the ECW brand. Heyman is high on Armando Alejandro Estranda, Beth Phoenix, and Gunner Scott, but all have been recently called up. | |
