I will admit that they are talented in the ring. I just think that this male cheerleader gimmick is lame and seems like just an indy gimmick to me(like the Heartthrobs). They are very enthusiastic though and seem to give 100% into the gimmick.

I like the spirit squad. Their gimmic isn't the greatest, but I haven't seen it in the WWE before. Their talent speaks for itself.

Seriously, I don't think its a indy gimmick and I'll tell you why... They are cheerleaders. Indy gimmicks are thing sthat are usually ripping off a certain section of pop culture or something only a select few would "get.." There is nothing here that fits that criteria for me. Everyone knows how male cheerleaders and even female ones act and they are just doing it to the extreme (no pun towards ECW).

They do give a 100% in everything they do and to me all have bright futures beyond this gimmick.,

i've never actually seen their in ring work, im judging my opinions basically on teh fact that i hate the color green and they seem to disagree with me

I've not seen them as much as the rest of you, but I like what I see so far. A few of them seem like talented young guys, if they go with the whole idea of five guys holding the tag belts and a different two defending each time, then that's an idea I like, at least it's a little bit creative. Ultimately, down the line, they'll obviously be a split (since this doesn't feel like a long term gimmick) and the best two will probably kick away from the rest onto something else (possibly something cooler!!). It's all good so far!!
