Yes you are. I have your roster and it you are withen the $20 million cap. In the interest of fairness I won't reveal anyones rosters so they aren't influenced by other people(although you can reveal them if you wish). I will be participating as well.

If JV & Terry can't get a prize then I will look into what I can get(although with my limited budget it wouldn't be a great prize).
